The Boots in Bluewater is really big. It is set over 2 floors and sells a lot more than the smaller Boots stores. The 1st floor you can find lots of different perfumes, designer make up, beauty products, and you can also find the pharmacist there. I have been to the pharmacist a few times and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The ground floor is home to baby clothes, kids toys, the photo store, and food. When visiting Bluewater i normally always pop into Boots because the prices are really good, and they are always running different offers. Also its an advantage having the Boots Advantage Card, collecting points buying stuff you were going to buy anyway. read more

Recently had a very positive experience with the pharmacist here. Long story short... my 90 year old Nan's diabetic injection pen jammed at 5pm one Saturday night. After calls to 111, the paramedics, a 3 hour wait in the local A&E and approx 30 calls to various pharmacies in the area we finally stumbled across these guys who had the required pen in stock! In fact, many of the local pharmacists recommended Boots so they must carry a large stock. Let's just say that they were incredibly kind, spent lots of time with us and went out of their way to be of assistance. Nan finally got an insulin hit at 1pm on Sunday thanks to these guys :) read more
