It's pretty handy having a pharmacy at the circle! I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my prescription to be processed and the staff especially Rahul is very helpful and friendly. read more

Terrible customer service, rude, and frankly cruel to scream at a mentally ill person for just trying to get their medication. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague if you are chronically ill or disabled - they will not treat you with the bare minimum of human decency.

However, if you need medicine, perfume, passport photos or any of their other services (they're part pharmacy/confectionary) you're in for a treat. The store is beautiful, it seems like it glows. I'm attracted to it every time I pass it walking down the street. Sometimes it takes all of my willpower to keep from going into it. Also, if you're into ethical cleaning products, they have a full stock of environmentally friendly products. The place is soothing, so if you have a violent sneeze and a runny nose that won't quit you'll instantly feel better once you step into the store.

Given the old-dog reputation of the NHS health service, I've found that Dumler's is very clued up on the way the NHS works and can be a good place to visit, even just to ask what the easiest way is to get those cholesterol tablets you need. Dumler's also has a unique focus on homeopathic remedies. This has become a very popular form of health maintenance and I am happy to report that the no matter which type of medication you are after, the Dumler's staff are only too happy (and knowledgeable) to make your shopping experience a happy one. When asked if they offer a cure for hangovers, I was given at least three different options.

For example as a deaf person I would expect that staff would write down any questions they have or better still not to ask any questions at all... Instead they just continue on with their nonsensical pitter patter and completely ignore my needs.... The simplest thing is too much trouble and even a simple carrier bag is out of the question.

I'm not a crazed hypochondriac with irrational fears of every type of living bacteria known to man. I'm not, I swear. I just like pharmacies. Like many pharmacies this place is really pleasant. The pharmacist knew them by name and they were having really lively, in-depth conversations. Next time I need antibiotics I will definitely stop by this place.
