I was so very pleasantly greeted by the store owner as soon as I entered. I had just noticed that the posted store hours said the store closes at 4, which I immediately mentioned upon entering in a rush at about 3:38 pm. I was told not to worry about the time & to enjoy my shopping experience. Despite the fact that there were other customers shopping, I was given the best treatment & help finding exactly what I needed for both me and my daughter. I had a terrific photo of myself wearing one of the pair I got but I accidentally lost it. So sad...guess that means you'll have to check it out in person for yourself! I loved the clothes so much that I wore them out of the store. Once I tried them on I didn't want to take them off. Later this evening I got so many compliments on my 'dress' while we were out for dinner. I had to explain that what looked like a beautiful dress was actually a very versatile combination of a scarf & pants I'd bought here. I turned the scarf into a top and wore the pair of anklets, as I was told at the store, one on each ankle. So gorgeous! I'm going to bring my new daughter in law whom is pregnant into the store for a new, comfy yet glamorous outfit when I come back to PA!

I continued to look through Boscovs and wound up ordering a pair of pants, and 5 tops! The website was so easy to use (Dillards and Macy's not so much), customer service was fantastic. I got immediate shipment info and continued to get it until it was at my door. EARLIER than expected! I am sold! I will be ordering from Boscovs from now on. In our final fitting, my mother and MOH looked at each other, completely overwhelmed of how to help me into my dress on the big day, and with five days before the wedding, my mom asked to hire her as our day-of concierge/assistant, and Michelle dropped everything to help! With an affordable price for her service, her presence was not only outstanding, it was invaluable. We didn't realize how much we needed her until the big day came.
