The manager Mo and his assistant Malva carefully explained everything and switched us over to a great affordable plan w/faster speed and a better updated iPhone. Tech told me he would need to order another charge port to replace the one that was malfunctioning and said it would take 4days for delivery. So, they would need to keep my laptop for 7days. I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would. In this economy, every bit of savings helps. Unfortunately, since the switch, my phone service has been extremely slow. Abraham, the store associate, was very helpful. He guided me on how to contact a live phone agent for troubleshooting, as he suspected I wasn't connected to the nearest cell tower. He also took the time to explain each of my billed fees, which were higher than expected, especially since the first billing cycle hadn't ended yet.
