I was dumb enough to leave it there. Then received bill from Verizon for ca. $1900. for phone I had returned. I would never purchase a phone this expensive! Wireless Zone also charged me a tax of ca. $158.00 which I paid for with my debit card which my bank refused to refund me for. I went to Verizon customer service State DA who referred me to local DA's office that did nothing. Wireless Zone/Verizon then kept billing me month after month, which I did not pay, resulting in reducing my credit rating from excellent to fair. Worst of all was the psychological distress this experience caused me. I am elderly and had not been wary of people and businesses like this. Now I know.

Instead of doing it the right way and as promised, t mobile has lost add ons to an account, and as soon as I can, my business all together. The lack of customer support from a store they allow to sell their products is absolutely absurd and disgusting. They have no solution for a third party retailer. Remy, the so called manager has now put my phone plan in a giant mess that t mobile retention department (aka loyalty department, loyalty to what?) Couldnt even understand or fix it. They just told me over and over I was lied and I had 2 options which neither were what was discussed with Remy. A few years ago I came to resolve an issue with one of my laptop drives to check if they would fix, come to find out that my laptop had over 300 VIRUSES of all kinds and not to mention that they rolled back from Windows 10 to Windows 7, basically they already grabbed an infected hard drive with Windows 7 installed and replaced it with my old drive. Years later and I came in to fix a phone because it wasn't charging, it was plain and simple, all you had to do was plug in the cable back due to all the drops that happened which ended up disconnecting the cable connection that allows the phone to charge. So the guy decided to make up this story about how the battery was BLOWN or EXPANDED which is why it wasn't charging... they would be able to fix it by switching the batteries on another phone I had with me, the cost would be [$40] just for this simple fix, he then proceeds to say that it will take about an HOUR to switch batteries... 1 hour later and I came back with a person that said: "So we found out that nothing was wrong and that your charger plug was just simply disconnected, normally we would charge [$60] but since the fix was just to plug it back in we'll just charge you [$20]" Well that's quite hilarious I must say, $20 just to plug a cord back in. What was all the work for the $20? A simple detachment of the back cover, and just plug in the wire/cord, yep fork over those $20 now. At most I'd give $10 for a simple fix as that and at minimum $5. But to figure out they were going to uproot the price from $40 to $60 is just a plain scam. I'll also mention the fact that they decided to take out the magnet and try to keep it to themselves or perhaps even throw away because it wouldn't STICK BACK into the phone's back cover. The only thing I'll say about this place, thank you to the guy who was chill when handing over the phone, compared to the guy that took me in who seemed like he was arguing/yelling at me. Do I recommend this place for anyone? HELL NO, there's better places out there. 8/100
