Kind of an odd store, and apparently recently relocated. This is where UPS bring some of my…read morepackages because they don't like delivering to residences in Mexican-American neighborhoods. I really don't see why this Mexican-American business is preferable to my house, but whatever. This tiny little storefront offers limited phone services, but is a good place to get the cards you need to make phone calls to Mexico or Asian countries. They sell some other stuff that is of no interest to me. The helpful store clerk lent me some scissors to get into the package that was delivered to me as the sender decided to wrap it in four layers of packing tape. Maybe that last part wasn't at all pertinent but I've had a lot of coffee today.

This place has really gone down hill..there used to be 5 or 6 employees and a guard...you had to…read moretype your name in for a waiting list... Now...1 worker..i went there to replace a phone from another company...there was no one there..i had to go 1/2 block to get my account number from another company..when i came back there were 2 guys at the counter...they were at that counter from 6 pm until i couldnt wait anymore at 7:10 pm...i left quite angrily... I am severely disabled and the walk alone to the other co. was exhausting...i went next door to subway..ordered 2 subs and sat down to wait for my cab..after sitting there a while the 2 men finally came out!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a new phone..but i sure couldnt get it there.. UNBELIEVABLE CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Either way, it was not something I expected when I walked in. There was one employee for the whole store. We showed up & there as one customer in front of us which is fine. Once we were next, there was at least 3 or 4 other customers that came in after us. I felt bad for them because there was one customer who kept on talking and seemed to want the employee's undivided attention but she had other customers to work. We left after 45 minutes..and I feel sorry for the other customers because of the wait. But the upside is that plan prices are pretty good.

27th Fix is the best place to get your electronics repaired with confidence…read more Confidence that the work will be done right and quickly and at the best price. This was second time that I needed something fixed and as promised they were done when the owner said they would be done. The owner " Malik " is extremely helpful and knowledgeable he will explain everything to you so you know what needs to be done. Both visits to 27th Fix were like visiting a friend who just happens to fix electronics.

Service was fast, problem was fixed. Would definitely go back if I needed more things fixed.read more
