Horrible customer service. Was sold a phone that was not working properly right out of the box, tried to return and they would not take it back. Staff only Interested in upsetting service or hardware. No knowledge of the product they are selling. I would not use them again. I'd be better of with to cans and a string. read more

The customer service at Boost Mobile is the worst I've ever received in my life. This store in particular was supposed to open at 10 a.m. they are almost never open on time I'm still sitting in front of the store it is 10:30. They messed my account up I got 4 phones for $100 30 GB of mobile hotspot. I was charged 120 I paid it I was told that they would reimburse me the extra 20 I paid which they did yesterday finally. I think okay everything is good after I sat on the phone literally hours with the representative that you could barely understand promising that I would be very happy before I hung the phone up. Now I'm sitting in front of the store because the main phone is the only one that has service I've sat here since 9 waiting on the store to open missing work again. No one is showing up to open the store even though it clearly states on the door they open at 10. So I call Boost Mobile. The representative Jessie was very rude I asked to speak with a supervisor she told me if I didn't like it to hang up and call back to get someone else. I told her no I wanted to speak with a representative I've spent enough time hanging up and calling back. She argued with me over what plan I purchased and why they have now dropped it to 1 gigabytes of mobile data hotspot. This is literally been a nightmare and my problem still is not fixed I do not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. read more

Came back and said it was the battery. So he charged my $110 to fix it. After 1 week I finally got the phone back. I took it home. I didn't even make a call and the phone did the same thing. I took the phone back to the store. The manager told me that if it wasn't the battery then there was a problem with the motherboard of the phone. He tried to upsell me with a new phone. $450 and he would give me a $110 store credit or he would refund the battery cost and just charge the bench fee. I told him I needed to talk to my stepmother. He told me that he would note the account since he was off the next day. After speaking with my stepmother she decided to just let the phone go and close the account. I called the store to let them know the decision. They advised that there was no notes on the account and that the don't refund the cost of batteries. So I ended up contacting the regional manager who refunded me the cost of the battery. Horrible customer service and experience. I'd give a rating of 0 if I could.

It has been three weeks and I was just informed it wasn't ordered. These employees are the most irresponsible, and rude guys I've ever worked with. This business needs shut down. Take your business elsewhere! After I finally get this fixed I will never be coming back to these fools.

I don't know how an AT&T store in the middle of downtown Huntington can't get better wi-fi.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeannie's Flowers. Absolutely wonderful service throughout a…read moredifficult situation. I was out of the country and needed to arrange funeral flowers in an area I was unfamiliar with. To make matters more challenging, I was having difficulty viewing arrangements online, and the region was experiencing severe weather. The funeral home had even warned the family that the graveside service might need to be postponed if temperatures dropped low enough for the ground to freeze. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and patience. The young woman who answered the phone was delightful. She explained that she was new, but she carefully relayed all of the information to the owner and made sure every detail was understood. Because I couldn't easily view arrangements online, they took the time to discuss flower selections, colors, and design options over the phone. I provided a budget range, and rather than simply charging the maximum amount, they billed me right in the middle of that range, which I felt was both honest and considerate. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care. Knowing I was out of the country and that the service date was uncertain due to weather, they offered to contact the funeral home directly before delivery to confirm whether the service was proceeding as planned. If it was postponed, they would hold the arrangement and ensure fresh flowers were delivered on the correct day. Everything was handled exactly as promised. The arrangement arrived on time, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and my family reported that it was absolutely stunning. During a difficult time, Jeannie's Flowers provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing flowers for a funeral, special occasion, or any event where quality and reliability matter. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier! Appreciate your kindness!

Amazing service - professional, responsive, thorough and very consultative!…read more Keith and Barb are simply wonderful. I was managing a big list of home improvements on a recently purchased home in Hurricane despite living 3,000 miles away and never stepping foot near the property! Barb walked me through everything on the phone, kept everything organized for me from a distance and for my Mom and other family who oversaw things locally AND she was just downright the nicest lady you could ask to serve you! Keith provided great insight and suggestions consulting with us on carpet and laminate flooring ideas. The products from Shaw were great and the installation was wonderful. Keith didn't like the way things looked on a seam so he had it fixed right away by a different crew member. Then, even after my Mom was satisfied, Keith and Barb still tried to get Mom to let Keith redo it again! That's crazy customer service and professionalism and standing for quality in your work! It was definitely a lot of money for carpet and flooring, more than I expected, but the quality of the products and the overall service from Keith, Barb and the crew was well worth the money! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hurricane Floor so long as Keith and Barb are involved!
