The employees at this store are friendly and attentive with the exception of one. Nick, you need to pick up your game a little :-/ The only problem I have with this store is that it has a poor wi-fi signal. Even the employees complain. I don't know how an AT&T store in the middle of downtown Huntington can't get better wi-fi.

Last night as soon as the clock turned midnight, her phone was off! The service just keeps going downhill at the location. I went in with my own issue and was sent away because I didn't recall the code and my phone was working fine to get text messages it was an internal issue but I was flatly refused service because Jayden didn't want to work. I went in a couple weeks later and asked for a manager and he ended up knowing how to provide customer service after all! But, being a customer for over 29 years and not even allowing a 24 hour time frame to get bill paid was just ridiculous! I hope they get people that want to work soon. I went into the store downtown there was a gentleman I believe his name was Mike he was super nice he looked at my phone and said yes it would work with AT&t. Everything was set to go I needed to come down the next day and finish the transaction. Once I got there Mike was off a lady representative came up I told her why I was there. She told me that she was unable to look up to see if my phone was unlocked, that was the reason I had to return the next day cuz it had been unlocked it by then. So she said her nor the four other gentlemen working there could do that. She told me I could return and have Mike do it the next day. I got pretty upset because I knew out of those five people somebody could help me so suddenly she knew how to do it it all came back to her just like that. Two of the five employees spoke to me and were extremely rude and very unhelpful. And even though my phone would work with AT&t the day before now my phone wouldn't work and I'd have to buy a brand new one off them. What a joke. If you only have one employee that's willing to put forth effort out of how me you have working there you got a huge problem huge!!!!!
