They took the phone in the back to do the repair which took about 20 minutes. They return to the front with the phone and everything checked out no problem. The following day the screen starts to flicker on and off consistently at the most in opportune times. But the real kicker is apparently when they had my phone in the back they went into the phone under my Google account and actually left a review on Google under my name giving themselves five stars and made comments about supposedly great service for fixing my phone. When I realized what had happened I was livid. Not only is my phone not working properly that is a total unethical invasion of privacy and against the law in many places. I went back to the store and confronted the manager who told me that the tech Sam supposedly worked on my phone in the back and he would have been responsible for the post He called Sam several times on the phone in my presence to confirm this but no answer I don't even believe Sam exist. It looks like 2 separate businesses, but they complement each other. If I couldn't find something in one "store", I could try next door. Because the prices are right, I often shop for my friends on phone accessories, such as carrying cases and screen protectors. I spoke to the staff and found that they only sell single use cell phone service (not contracts) for T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS etc and unlocked used/new cell phones for any carriers. It's conveniently located at the corner of Corporate and Beechnut - a strip mall called "Sesame Plaza". They have bright LED lights that lit up the street corner.
