Explain me about my bill and helping me buy a new phone. I've been going there for like 3 years and I have and Xfinity cable for over 18 years. And I have always received excellent service. The only thing I have to tell you do not call their customer service. You're better off going to Xfinity store because you will get the service quick. You're not being put on hold or being told by six other reps. The wrong information. The problem was resolved fixed within 2 minutes. That's better than waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. On Friday I had the worst experience with this store. It would be very helpful if they use the…read moretools that are given to offer service and answer questions. I received a promotion via email however in error did email was deleted. But I did have a snapshot photo on my phone. Generally I take pictures of freebies, offers, food, my parked car etc. I showed them the photo, offered to provide my account number in order to take advantage of the promotion they were having no parts of this. This was after I was sent to the store specifically by the staff at the Delaware Avenue location. The Delaware Avenue location called the port Richmond store to ensure I would be able to take advantage of the promotion. At the Delaware Avenue store they took my name , said everything was ready and said I just had to go and obtain the item. I get there it's a whole other story they refused to take a look at my account to see if the promotion was offered they never took my name!! Horrible service this was the worst place ever. An associate by the name of Stephanie called a manager out who was of no help as well. I'll be off looking for another service provider shortly!
