Horrible customer service. I went in to get my service transferred to my new phone. The representative lied and said that I could only transfer service if I bought a new SIM card for 19.99; a SIM card i know I could get online for free. The representative didn't even attempt to connect my old sim. After I declined purchasing the new SIM card the representatives at this store were visible disappointed and said that they could no longer help me. I left the store disappointed and called Boost Mobile directly. I learned they lied about not being able to connect my old sim to my new device because I was able to do so after calling boost Mobile directly. read more

sold me a "new" phone. it has porn and viruses after trying to rectify this with boost to no avail i am eating the costs and going with another company. i turned the porn filled phone into the feds as there was kiddie porn on it. i hope boost and the previous owner get busted for this!!! shameful!!!! read more
