I'd give them a zero if possible. They are not customer friendly. The office gal is unprofessional and not even close to being cordial. Brought back 2 items for a credit, they sent it was not ordered by me; received credit for one after I found the invoice as they said they couldn't find it. Gave me a credit on future purchases. Sent lumber over that I didn't order or need. Premium lumber is equal to Menards construction grade. read more
