He stripped the old roof down to the plywood, used heavy weight felt paper, high quality shingles, installed metal drip edge,(which some other contractors I have used like to skip) and even built a structure next to the chimney to prevent leaking. All for the same price that other builders quoted but with lower quality materials and no extra added care. It's the best roofing job I've ever seen and I've seen more than a few. Since then, I've contracted for a new garage. He was very open to my input and design choices and helped me design the building that I wanted. He kept in contact and returned my calls and texts promptly. He even sent photos of his progress on a regular basis. I truly enjoyed seeing the building take shape through the photos. It also gave me the opportunity to ask questions and give input throughout the process. I saw the building in person for the first time on May 25th 2018. It is everything I had asked for, built with craftsman quality, and the materials that we agreed on (no surprise substitutions).
