She repeatedly told me to go online even despite the fact that I preferred to make my payment over the phone. There is a capability to make a payment over the phone she did not want to do it. The system is still in place, with a fee. The payee should be able to make the payment how they so choose without having to repeat themselves over and over about what they want.
