Let me start by saying if there was an option to put 0 stars I would. I came in looking for my graduation dress with my friend. Mind you I always come to this store and spend more than I should $80+. We start looking around and this lady starts following us. We pay no attention to it, and continue minding our business and once we find the right dress we go to the cashier to pay, this girl was extremely rude to start off. We ask if we could pay in 2 different transactions $10 on apply pay and the rest on a debit card. The lady apparently charged $20 on the apple pay and said how it declined very rudely. I told her I had said only $10 and she responded in a negative tone every single time we said something. After she got it right, she threw the receipt at me with a pen to sign, and I was with my friend so I didn't even bother to say something and I kept my cool the whole time. At the end, she did tell us to have a good day but her tone and service was just not it. We called the store after to ask for the manager and mind you it was the same exact girl we just bought from on the phone. She knew it was the same girls that had just came in because we had explained the story to her of what had happened, and she acted as if she had no clue. We knew it was her because of her voice with that same negative tone. We asked for the manager, owner, or how we could contact HR or supervisor for anyone to give a complaint about, and she mentioned she didn't know the names of anyone except for the first name of the manager and that's it. She said she couldn't give us an email or phone number. Then she just hung up as we were asking questions, and so we called back. She explained she would not speak to us any longer unless we told her the complaint and she would write it down, since she said the manager "didn't want to speak to us". As we started explaining, she hung up again mid explanation because she knew it was about her. Overall, this lady was very rude and had terrible customer service, she did not know how to deal with the situation in a well highhandedly and professional manner. Very upset about the situation, will not be coming back again. By the way, the dress I bought was $40 which was overpriced and their clothing is a fashion Q disaster wannabe. read more

I used to really love this place but I don't live nearby and they won't allow you to try on any clothes. You only have 7 days to EXCHANGE anything that didn't fit and it's a 40 min drive from my house so it's super inconvenient. Just laziness on the stores part to not have a fitting room attendant, not to mention greed that people will buy clothes and then forget in a week they had to come back and be stuck with them. I recommend May Max in Arleta or both Fashion Q and MODE in the panorama mall allow you to try on clothes. Basically the same fashion selection too. read more

I love this location, because it's so close to other stores that I shop at. Boomy is roomy :) and never crowded. Everything is nicely organized. Employees are really nice and helpful. Fitting rooms are roomy and clean too, which makes the experience in the store even better. They always have nice accessories as well. Plus, every Tuesday and Friday they get new merchandise. They have lots to choose from. The store carries all sizes: from juniors to XXXXL, they also offer shoes, bags, lingerie, sunglasses, makeup and jewelry. I come here every few weeks, and almost always end up buying something new and pretty. It's conveniently located in the shopping mall, with nice parking lot. It's very close to Starbucks, Panda Express, Marshall's and Bank of America. These clothes aren't accurate to size. I buy a size large it's too small, I buy a plus size and it's too baggy. The refund policy is mediocre. 7 days either exchange or store credit. Uhm hello? Beware of this location. Manager is not helpful and very unprofessional. Let me add is very hard to understand her. I've experience the worse customer service in history. Be aware they do not work with you. I bought the wrong size item and wanted to return for my size and the manager refused to return it because I did not bring my receipt. This place is so unprofessional. I attend college nearby so I was excited to find a new clothing store that I can go during my breaks and shop at. I liked the store items so it was my second day back, and I had bought my friend a I a few clothes the prior day but she didn't like it. So I came in and bought a few more items and was going to exchange whatever she didn't like. The employee said that one item was final sale so we can't do anything about it , and I said oh I bought two one for my friend and I so can I just get a different color and I was wearing the shirt so she SAW that I wasn't lying. So she decided to ask her rude manager if I can change the color, and the manager unprofessionally approaches me looking at me with a disgusted face and rudely says"you didn't see when you bought it that it was final sale?" Mind you I have never experienced customer service like this from any location if it is the store policy she could have said sorry this is store police and I would totally understand, but of course not cause she lacks basic human skills. Then I guess she felt bad and said if it's for you I'll do it if it's for your friend I won't or something across those lines, and it made me so mad. I told her I'm fine I don't need you to do anything about it and she persisted and I said Im fine, payed the difference and walked out.
