Allen is an exceptional and patient instructor. He helps members maintain accountability and achieve results. I've been a part of the round one boxing club which has made working out both mentally and physically stimulating. The pad workouts are challenging and intelligently planned. I started with the 21 day boot camp and would suggest the same for ALL. They start you off with several personal training sessions including nutrition. This is followed by a very personal experience everyday you arrive. Everyone that attends is very friendly, staff is great. This is NOT a big box gym that after you give them your credit number they forget your name. If for some reason you are not getting what you need (not likely to happen) let them know and they will take care of it.
