I understand that being in customer service myself. The owner, Lindsey, could have easily rectified this by giving me a coffee that costs her probably $ .50 but that she charges me $5.50 for, but chose not to. She made no attempt to even try to work with me. Clearly, my business means nothing to her. I try to support small town business, but I will no longer be doing business there.
