NOTE: There are two locations in Saint Cloud, I am talking solely about the original location in downtown Saint Cloud, not the mall location. I typically only review restaurants, but I wanted to try something new. This place looks like a children's short film about the wonders of reading. The interior is modeled like an ancient library (with furniture to match) and the book selection is massive. With that being said, the book selection is large, but not great. Unless you're in the market for a book about the civil war, or perhaps an advertisement for dish soap from 1940, you may want to go to Barnes & Noble. Downtown Saint Cloud has a very cool selection of shops and antiquities and I highly recommend everyone make it a point to stop by this location and check it out for it's rich, genuine, and fascinating look. read more

I just found a book I had bought here while I was visiting out of town and realized I never reviewed this place. This quaint store has quite a large selection of books from every genre you can think of. If you look hard enough they have recent books. I ended up buying at the time a somewhat recent World War II book for cheap. The original price was about 20 something dollars but I paid about $9.00. Support your local used book store! read more

Love this place. Even if I don't end up buying anything (a rarity) there's just something calming about being in here. Its like being on a treasure hunt. And the prices a great as well. I have nothing against big chain book stores but with what seems like less and less people buying physical copies of books its increasingly important to support the little guy. read more
