They have so much talent it's a pleasure that they are a Bakersfield band. Accompanying Walter this evening was Teddy Zig Zag on keyboards, John Avila on base, Michael Leisure on drums and John Trout, Walter's Son, vocals & guitar. What an all star band each member having a storied history of their own. On concert nights you can call ahead to order one of Jimmy's famous wood fired pizzas for a little nosh preconcert. I've been to FYE a handful of times a year around their opening time while walking around the mall. Every time there are a handful of employees just using foul language with each other and playing on their phones. It felt like I was in the movie Clerks. Absolutely no professionalism .... Ignore all customers, curse and play with your phone. I use to work retail when I was their age and on my worst day I would never be this inept. They don't even deserve minimum wage since there is not even minimum effort to work.

He likes to see all the DND books and games. I like to see all the figurines they have on consignment, for great prices I may add. I may not play Warhammer, but I do like how they paint the minis. By the way they also have a good painting selection just like in the old location. They still have the gaming spaces in the back for those who want to play with others. The guys at the front are there to let us know if we need anything. They may not get stock as fast as others but at least they are honest about it. The board game selection is also still one of the best in town! I make a point to bring out of towners here in case they find something they like. Ottos is a gem of a place and one of the few where people can interact and hang out without food and drinks. Support local businesses!
