They offer the largest children's area of the chain on the Southside. It's well maintained, but now somewhat dated after a renovation probably ten years ago. Staff has been friendly over the years. The price in store is the same online and can save shipping and time. They also offer a very small coffee shop and sandwiches and bakery items. This is not a draw to the store, it's too small.
