We were out of the country during ski season, and we were worried about how that would work if something went wrong with our place in Colo., but SRG took care of everything, and even picked up our mail! When we got back to the US, everything in our condo was just fine. We plan to use their services again next ski season.

I made it clear that I am the only one out of a party of four that drinks coffee so the cards don't do much, and anyone that goes to Starbucks knows $10 won't get you far. We were then "guaranteed" check in within the half hour. 45 mins later we finally get the call so by the time we got the keys and got to unit 147 it was after. Upon arrival we find the owner does indeed seem to be gone but his dog is NOT. This is a problem since there is only a hollow basement door separating his dog from mine. So we call the "after hours emergency number" provided and had to leave two messages before getting a call back. Summit calls the owner and he shows up. Now by this time we have missed the first family event that we drive here from Chicago area for. We decide to bring our dog with us to see if any family was still hanging around and try to salvage the night. My husband runs into the owner - Mike seems to be a nice guy - and is told the man would get what he needs, clean up and take the dog. We come back a couple hours later and not only is Mike still here but his family has joined him and he informs us that they will in fact be in the downstairs unit during our stay. He says he will work with us to give us the access we were promised by Summit to the yard, patio and fire pit. Very nice of him but NOT what we booked this place for. We did not book a private dog friendly place away from the rest of our family to have to share yard time with people we don't know. Keep in mind here that it is advertised that the owner does not stay in his unit while the upper level is rented out. Upon finally spending a little time inside the chalet I find the counters and table are sticky, one of the beds had been made with visibly stained sheets and there are no screens on any of the windows. Yet Summit says they have enhanced cleaning practices. None of this instills confidence that I have my family staying in a clean environment. Everyplace else in and nearby Dillon that is dog friendly is fully booked, so leaving here does not seem to be an option. Horrible start.
