From day one, the level of professionalism, communication, and market knowledge stood out. Anne and Kat kept us updated with detailed analytics on showings, prospect activity, and market interest throughout the listing process, which gave us real confidence in our pricing and strategy. The property preparation, positioning, and marketing were truly best in class. The photography, interactive staging, and overall online presentation of our listing were exceptional. Beyond the results, what really set Anne and the team apart was the personal touches. She and her team treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, welcoming feedback and adjusting quickly whenever needed. The thoughtful gestures along the way made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. If you're buying or selling in the Frisco/Summit County area, we can't recommend Anne Skinner and her team at Keller Williams highly enough. We felt supported every step of the way and would work with them again without hesitation.

We have worked with Deena at Summit Real Estate to purchase two separate properties a year apart…read moreand could not be happier with our experience. On our first property, the market was absolutely crazy, and Deena was always quick to respond to any question or request. We never missed out on touring properties that we were interested in. We started our search from Wisconsin, and Deena took us on virtual tours so we could get a better handle on what we liked / didn't like before we came out to view properties in person. We ended up purchasing a property after returning to Wisconsin, and were comfortable with Deena's virtual tours and her perspective. It took us multiple offers to land a place, but we ended up getting the type of place we wanted and within our budget. Very thankful for all of Deena's work to put us in the best position in each offer. (We had strong offers, but sometimes we were jumped by cash buyers, so we couldn't have asked for anything more from Summit Real Estate.) While under contract we had constant updates to keep us on track from Margaret in the office, and things could not have gone smoother. If you are looking to purchase a property in Summit County, I cannot recommend Deena and Summit Real Estate highly enough. Update: June 2022 - We loved working with Deena so much, we bought a second property with her as our agent! Things went so smoothly since we knew Deena and how things worked with Summit Real Estate. If we have any other real estate needs in Summit County, Deena will be our first call!

Frustrating and disappointing process working with Generation Development and Slifer, Smith, and…read moreFrampton on the purchase of a condo at the Arbory. I went under contract for a condo at the Arbory in summer 2022. During this time, the developer and sales team communicated that closings would happen in September / October 2022 and delays would be unlikely. However, since this time, closings keep getting pushed back month by month and are now 8 months + delayed without a set close date even at this point. Communications are poor, progress updates are not transparent, and there is a clear lack of accountability. My impression at this point is that the developers and sales team are dishonest in their representations of timelines in order to sell more units and mislead buyers. Buyers at the Arbory, including myself, have now incurred tens of thousands of dollars of additional lending fees due to delays in closing, which the seller is unwilling to assist with. Would be highly cautious if deciding to go under contract the the Arbory or other developments through Generation Development due to their business practices.

My siblings and I recently hired Mark McManis, of HomeSmart Realty Group in Summit County, to list…read moreour condo. Mark came highly recommended by another Summit County resident as, "The best realtor in the area." Mark lived up to this recommendation. Mark and his wife, Liz, are longtime residents of Summit County. They are very involved and well connected in the community, which provides Mark with a multitude of connections to draw upon when selling a property in the Summit County area. In addition to those connections, Mark's affiliation with HomeSmart Realty Group also provides Mark with hundreds of other associations to find the perfect buyer. Mark was the ultimate professional in returning calls, emails and texts promptly, and staying on top of all deadlines. His expertise in the local housing market enabled us to list our property for top price, yet sell our property in record time, even though we had been cautioned by other realtors that our desired listing price was, "Too high," and that we were attempting to sell the property during a, "Slow period," in the market. I highly recommend Mark McManis of HomeSmart Realty Group in Summit County. Thank you, Mark, for making our real estate transaction such a smooth, pleasant experience from beginning to end! His knowledge of the area and real estate trends helped us to settle on a realistic asking price. He knew the building code and was able to point out things that they needed to do to make sure our house would be ready by our closing date. Our builder was a little stubborn and he helped to push forward our needs with authority. We would definitely use Mark's office for any future real estate needs!
