I had to call an 800 number to cancel and it was customer service in another country. Slow and painful. She still tried to get me to keep the subsription. I refused. Friends this is fraud! Do not subscribe to this paper. If this is how they treat people they don't deserve to be in business. I was a business owner for 30 years and had real American customer service. Good selection; excellent prices; excellent service and staff is knowledgeable about all things books. There is a good variety between new and used (mostly used), well-organized, and I have always found what I was looking for, plus some extras. They can order new books if they don't have that title you are seeking. Added perk is that they have nice counter cards available by local artists.
