My credit card was used on this site without my permission and when I tried to find out where the stuff was mailed they couldn't help me. I gave them the card number the date and the amount but they couldn't help me. The fact they don't have a phone number should be a warning. If you sell to the public then customer service should be your top priority. Well it's not theirs. Don't shop with them I haven't ever and I was going to but not now. read more

Ordered 2 tops and a lovely bikini top, got the tops but ended up with a pair of sandals they were in a bag with my size and colour for the bikini top, trying to get help to send them back is like trying to get hold of rocking horse s×#t, we are not all savvy with the Internet. read more

1 star is too much for this place. I'd give a -10 if I can. Worst experience ever. Cheap cloth clothing. Not at all worth it. Do not order from here. read more

Horrible experience!! I never received my item that I ordered TWO months ago and there is no way to even speak to anyone to get help! Such a SCAM!!! Will never buy from this company again. Horrible, horrible service. read more

On November I ordered a dress for my Christmas party (which is this Saturday) and I opted for express delivery. The package came as scheduled. I open my package and there are 4 maternity dresses inside, that would be fine if I were actually pregnant. Instantly I'm pissed because I really needed this dress and not one item belonged to me, it actually belonged to a woman in Ohio who I know I was just as upset because I have her dresses. I emailed and let them know that THEY made a mistake and sent the wrong items to me with the woman's invoice, Clearly an error on Boohoo's part. I'm asked to fill out a form, I fill it out... it's been two weeks now. I am literally on messenger right now with Boohoo and they haven't responded in an hour, I'm just sitting waiting for a response. Not sure if I'm getting a refund or my actual package. Here's the kicker... I've placed two different orders and have received them both and I love everything I've gotten... just really want my money or my items. Please try not sucking so much Boohoo read more

I placed my order on 11/2/21 for an upcoming trip. I am well outside of the 8-10 business days for shipping window and tracking has still not been updated. I reached out to their customer service chat and the only thing I got was that my order is going to arrive later than expected. Aka it probably won't make it for my upcoming trip. Extremely disappointed with this whole experience. Will never order from them again. Their shipping estimates are NOT ACCURATE at all. Not even close. read more

Worst store/site ever! I have tried multiple times to get in touch with their "customer service" regarding my order that i did not get. And 'till this day they still have not gotten back to me, even though when i submit a request it states "someone will get in touch with you within 48 hours". It has been over a month already. Thanks for stealing my money boohoo, name totally suits the company since the customers are left that way. read more

Shoes arrived late. Shoes were 24 dollars, they charged me 16 for shipping and another 4 dollars to return. Not worth the return now. No contact number only chat option, and no refund even after explaining it was not my fault. Never shopping here again. I was in a rush and didn't have a time to look at the reviews. read more

Boohoo by way of NastyGirl, is a rip off company. I would not buy from them due to them not refunding my money although they have my leather jacket. My understanding is that Boohoo bought NastyGirl but will not honor NastyGirl's customers. I doubt if Boohoo is any more ethical than NastyGirl was. I believe the whole thing was a scam. Beware!!!! read more

Only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely shocking service! They sent me the wrong item, and after requesting a bunch of information some of which had never been shared with me (like the product code of the random wrong item they sent) they refused to send the correct item, even though the screw-up was entirely on their end and the item had been ordered for an occasion so was time sensitive. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and money! read more

This was my first time ordering from this site which I totally regret. I had ordered a dress Aug 24 2018 and I've received it Sept 1 2018. I thought great it came fast but the dress just didnt fit right so I decided to return it. I've returned it Sept 10 2018 which I had to pay for, on the site it says 21 business days for a refund, so I waited and its been a month and haven't heard anything from them so I emailed them and messaged them on Facebook just to make sure I get a respond, surprisingly someone responded so I told them my situation and they are refunding me but they aren't refunding me for the full amount. They are only refunding me the cost for the dress but not the shipping fee, so not only did I have to pay for returning the item they arent refunding me the full amount I spent, so I actually spent money that I didnt need too. There wasn't anything on their website about not refunding the full amount, this is what they responded with : " As our courier delivered the item on time and successfully, we would not refund the delivery cost for the item to be delivered. We would only refund on a failed delivery or a return to sender order from our courier and not after the order had been delivered.  Hope this helps and if you need anything else just get back to me" HELP? It doesn't! These people suck! If you want to save your money and time do not order from this site!!!! read more

I wish I had read the reviews on the process of delivery. I ordered a coat 2 months ago and have not heard anything about the product. I continue to email and get no where. The personal assistant is automatic and don't truly answer my questions. I just want my coat while the weather is still cool or a refund. It would be nice it someone could contact me. What kind of business practice is this company. I will not share the site with friends, even though they have some nice looking pieces. read more

I will NEVER order from Boohoo again. Ordered a ton of clothes not aware of their poor quality of clothing. Chose not to keep any of the items. At this point I went to process a refund. Their portal was "acting up" and would not accept payment so I was unable to make a refund-- after they promoted me to pay an additional $4 to return these items. Contacted support. They said to give me 24 hours. After 24 hours, same issue persisted. They asked me to wait another 48. After 96 hours, I told them I would dispute the charges with my bank. They then prompted me to return the items to an address in England and stated they would "refund me shipping due to errors in their portal." After waiting 4+ days for a solution, I doubt any repayment will be issued. Order from ASOS, Lulus, or anywhere else if you want quality clothing and customer service. read more

I had an issue with a delivery that was never made for the given address. I disputed this issue with Boohoo a few days later but nothing was handled on their end. Boohoo declined a refund or reorder in which was a large amount of money I spent. Due to a timeline via policy nothing was invested but the dispute was within the timeline. I've ordered plenty of times with no issue but what an experience this time. read more

sent me the wrong sizes for 70% of the items in my cart. really bad quality too, the pants were paper thin.

I brought clothes from BooHooMAN for my son and was pleased. I decided to give the woman's section a try. Let's just say when you know better you do better! I paid for express shipping and did not get express shipping, the clothes were cheaply made, and customer service is the worse. All I want to do is return the items and I'm having difficulty doing so... will never purchase from again read more

Boohoo customer service would rank a 1 out of 5 or below. There is no number to contact, only an email for any issues and they take over 24 hours to respond. I experienced thw frustrating issue of my packages being returned to sender (over a month ago) and they still have not refunded me. All they can do is tell me to wait 28 days, then 5 days, then 3 days and run me in circles from dept to dept. Two days have gone by since I asked for a supervisor to acknowledge the issue, and threatened to write a bad review. Still no response from them. So, time is up Boohoo, now everyone will know how much you value your customers. read more

This company has one of the worst response times. I received an email that my package would be deliver the next day (Georgia, US), while the package hasn't even left the UK. BooHoo brand really lives up to its name because they make you want to cry after dealing with them. I found out about the brand accidentally (not word of mouth) and then ordered a few pieces to check it out. And when I tried to plug in a promo, it showed initially, until I added more items to my cart. Then the promo disappeared. I contacted the company and they were resolute on not helping. I returned everything and it cost me $4 because they don't provide free returns. The clothes are sized weird and are made of synthetic materials. read more

I ordered a size 8 in both a blazer set and received such poor quality of items for spending $80 dollars. It was for my daughters first birthday party and when i put the pants on that morning the zipper completely broke off. Remind you i am only 5'9 and 148. The shorts were not even longer length as seen online. They rose up the thigh too high. Poor quality. I cant grt ahold of anyone due to no customer service phone number. I would put 0 stars if I could. No communication. Looks like the company is in quite chaos. I ve ordered a coat. But no respond. And than I ve received an email "thank you for your returned item" (?????) So upsatting! I liked the coat so much and needed it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS I ordered an outfit for a special event (a week in advance) and paid for expedited shipping to be safe. I was supposed to receive my package yesterday. The tracking page stopped updating, and after multiple attempts to contact customer service (no phone number, only available through Twitter and email), they told me, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but your package will arrive early next week." They did refund the cost of expedited shipping, but that doesn't help me much SINCE I DON'T HAVE AN OUTFIT TO WEAR FOR MY EVENT TOMORROW. I've since learned that all of their customers seem to have had this EXACT problem--hence the myriad of TERRIBLE reviews--so I am not sure why they continue to do this to people! The business is clearly run by incompetent employees. This has been the worst experience. Now I have to scramble to find an outfit last minute for my event tomorrow and I just feel completely disappointed. Do not ever shop here. read more
