I placed back to back orders. When the first one arrived, it was a completely different order. I had ordered a blazer and matching pants, and I received 3 completely different items. On the website, it said to contact customer service via iMessage, Instagram DM, or Facebook DM (which is weird). I contacted them in all 3 of those ways and only ever got an AI bot response saying somebody would contact me. Nobody ever did (that was over a month ago). I figured it was a fluke, one-time mistake, but when my second order arrived it was ALSO a completely different order (it was boohoo men's items). Again, I contacted customer service in the 3 ways listed on the website and never received a response. I disputed the charges on PayPal and eventually got most of my money back from PayPal, but I had to pay for the return shipping for both packages (even though it wasn't my fault they sent me the incorrect order TWICE). My bank is currently disputing the charge on my behalf. I would be satisfied with a voucher, but only if it actually works. At present, you have provided vouchers that cannot be redeemed on your own website. If your platform is unable to support something this basic, then you are required to issue a refund. It is not acceptable to retain customers' money while offering unusable gift cards as a substitute. This situation is completely unacceptable. I ordered a pair of jeans from boohoo which was recommended to me by a friend as they have a lot of jeans options. I bought a pair of jeans for around £30 and paid £6.99 for next day delivery as I had a conference two days after and I wanted to order in advance. I paid extra to receive the package the next day so if I'm not satisfied, I can look for another option. I was supposed to receive the package the next day at 9 pm but I didn't receive it until two days after (day of the conference )at 9 am so I didn't even get to wear it. I could only contact with boohoo through messages as they don't have any other form of contact and they were quite dismissive and the three times I spoke to them they told me an agent would get in contact with me and I waited days to be contacted by them (which clearly they didn't ). I have been attempting to resolve an issue with pricing and false advertisement of a product. I get bombarded with emails about discounts and then once I use them and play by their rules they switch things up and charged me a higher price. Beware and triple check your order before you hit send. Read all the fine print disclaimer and then do it all over again to make sure you know what you're getting into. They do not have an exchange policy and they charge you a fee to return items(even if you need to only exchange them). Then you have to repurchase them with another shipping fee added and hope the item is in stock for the size you need; that may be a higher price then when you originally purchased it. The company does not have a direct customer service number, the chat feature is a joke and the answers you get back from email are all scripted to be your fault or you just have to keep the item. I chose an item and received something different than what was shown in color and design, it's only when you scroll to the last image that they show you what you are really going to receive. Unfortunately I didn't see that until too late. I have been extremely respectful and flexible in my communication asking only for a price adjustment on the items so I don't have to incur another unnecessary return charge, but to no avail has the company been reasonable. I get a different customer service person every single communication, which is by email only. I have communicated with them seven times and it has gotten ridiculous. I believe the site is a scammer in a sense. I have received some products but they are ill fitting to the point I would have to spend more money to get them tailored to fit properly. I also attempted to get an garment that had featured eight photos, I reached out to customer service and was told that they may have some items that are a shade or two darker or lighter. This item was completely different in color and style. Rust and white are not the same; no button to three buttons is totally different. OMG!!!!! AVOID THIS MESSED UP PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE Run, run run from this company!!!!! They have been sued in a class action suit regarding their practices and had to issue $10 gift codes to their customers as a settlement requirement. The class action case number is: 2:20-CV 03332 with the name "Kahn v Boo Hoo." It's much easier to find the court documents on line by searching "Kahn v Boo Hoo" than using the case number. I received my settlement gift card code in an email from them. However, this code doesn't work regardless of whether you enter it in caps or lower case or whether you enter it into the "gift card" space or the "promo code" space on their checkout form. So far, after complaining about the unusable code, I've had approximately 16 back and forth emails from them all containing misleading instructions and conflicting statements. Currently, they are telling me (finally) that yes, the code I received was missing a letter and that they have sent me the new code which will work. However.....LOL. I have received NOTHING from them except ridiculous emails telling me that my email system needs to be "refreshed." Wrong! It's their ethics that need to be refreshed. So far, still no new code and I'm not holding my breath. I believe that they are trying to get out of the settlement agreement by sending bogus codes and then using stalling tactics to keep the complaints from being forwarded. When you consider that they had to issue millions of these $10 codes, they are set to lose a ton of money if everyone or even just half the people redeem their codes. I'm in the process of communicating with the law firm and the judge regarding this situation but wanted to warn everyone that this company is really really bad. I've purchased from them once and while I liked my jacket, I had to return another one and I don't believe that I ever was refunded. I'm also in the process of checking my credit card statement to see if I got a refund. I'm pretty sure that I didn't but the amount was so low that it wasn't worth all my time to try and get a straight answer from them. Now I'm on a mission to find out if they ever refunded my money. For 2 months now I have dealt with "customer service" via instagram, email and their whatsapp platform. Where they repeatedly, easily 30 times now, have made me repeat the issue over and over because there seems to be no record of communication logged. I sent them over and over screen shots of the site error message and the bank transaction.
