This is the worst quality clothing the sizes that were sent to me are NOT THE SIZES THAT I ORDERED I ordered certain sizes they sent me completely different sizes in EVERYTHING I paid express shipping first order got here way late and they want 4 damn dollars for me to return read more

Unreliable company. Bought 2 dresses, paid for the express shipping (1-3 days). Item was scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd day, but was rescheduled. It was again scheduled to be delivered no the next day 7pm, it didn't. Contacted the shipped via WhatsApp to let them know of the delay, they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. I told them it was the weekend and that I had paid for the express shipping for a reason, they didn't care. Turned out, UPS said that they found damage with my package and were no longer going to deliver. Contacted seller again, showed them that my item was no longer going to be delivered and said that if the could over night the dresses I was willing to still accept it. They told me I had to wait 20 more days before they were to do anything about it. Had to initiate a charge back on my credit card in order to get my money back. read more

No accountability from customer service through whatsapp fb and ig. They have poor quality control and sent a dress with horrible body odor and missing garment belt. They then offered a $14 credit and told me to donate it if I don't want to use it. How is that ok? I waited almost 4 hrs for assistance and this was the best they could do collectively on all social platforms. read more

I order from this site literally every other week. The last few orders have arrived late even when I've paid for express shipping. I contacted them today to try and resolve issue and requested a refund for my latest late order. To my surprise I was given the answer no bit it's cool, it showed me I'm not a valued customer and I will no longer patronize the business. Save your money and don't select express shipping, it will not arrive on time and they won't care. read more

I placed an order 2 months ago, as I placed the order the website crashed and loaded with an error message but my bank notified me that the payment had come out. I awaited an order email and got nothing and no order showed in my account. There for having no order number. For 2 months now I have dealt with "customer service" via instagram, email and their whatsapp platform. Where they repeatedly, easily 30 times now, have made me repeat the issue over and over because there seems to be no record of communication logged. I sent them over and over screen shots of the site error message and the bank transaction. They confirmed the order didn't go through and for two months, again about 30 times, have sent me the same copy and paste response about escalating this to the appropriate team who will be in touch in around 5 days, but have never once contacted me. So I will now be filing fraud through my bank and boycotting Boohoo who lets be honesty wont be a loss as they sell mostly poor sizing and poorly made clothes but you get the odd surprise thing that makes you try again for another bargain, and from reading reviews here are now deleting accounts for sending returns back with zero company accountability for the fact you could buy 10 of the same item from Boohoo and each one would fit different. read more

Never buy from this site. The charge up to £6 for delivery. Then say the will refund your item which you never receive it. It's horrible..Once you paid you stuck .no email reply either. Rubbish site...I never recharge I ordered read more

Awful experience, received a parcel with a missing item, which they refused to send to me after weeks of emailing them about it. Apparently they checked CCTV and the correct items where sent?! But I was missing an item, I was missing a sweat top to a tracksuit. The clothes themselves where of poor quality. Awful customer service and an awful experience. read more

Horrible experience. It took a month for my dress to arrive and the size was wrong I had to return it.

. Poorly package, wrong size and sent and no way to contact anyone for resolution.

I bought a drees from Boohoo and it was very nice and fit me perfectl. I got so many complements from the people at the wedding. So, for a funeral I bought the same dress and for Christmas a puff collar wrap white 3/4 lenght coat and it is a fit. So, Boohoo you get my vote. I, just purchased 4 more items. The worse customer service, and delivery I paid for fast delivery its been more than 10 days and I haven't receive anything, they just create the label but the haven't sent to me wrote Two emails to them and I only get there automatic response saying a need to wait 48 hours, and then I read other reviews and I see lots of issues people who haven't receive there orders for more than 5 months, I just regret my self so much with this purchase. read more

I placed an order for 4 item back in June 2020. I inquired about my order when I hadn't received it. I was told that due to the pandemic, they was a delay. I completely understood that and continued to wait. Its now 5 months later and no one has returned any of my emails the last couple of months! We should all stop ordering from these companies in China. They are very dishonest and have no integrity. read more

I have never in my life felt so blatantly ignored or disrespected by multiple customer service reps. I reached out via email and instagram to find a solution. I purchased a sweatsuit and the top and bottom arrived in different colors. I spent $54 with tax and shipping. I requested, not a refund, a replacement. Instead, they sent me $40 back to "call it good." I requested that they take the $40 back and send my replacement but I just kept getting messages that the issue was handled with my refund. So now I'm out $14 for empty hands. Cool beans. read more

I have been locked out of my account, numerous attempts to reset password which failed, I contacted customer support as there is a return I need to send off, to be told that "due to a high level of returns, my account has been deactivated and I can no longer shop with them". Wow just wow! Absolute cowboys .....I have been a premier customer for over 10 years and spent thousands on items from them! I don't even return that much, but being an online company where you cannot try on a product, what the hell do they expect. I have asked for a copy of the terms and conditions numerous times and a explanation as to why this has happened and been ignored! Luckily my daughter has an account so I was able to view the terms and condition on there, and nowhere does it say the account will be deactivated if to many returns are received, it only says if items are returned worn or fraudulent activity is expected! So ladies & gentleman boohoo are calling us fraudsters! as I have never returned goods worn! Also they must communicate with you if there is going to be a change to the account terms.....I for one haven't had anything and judging by all the other reviews, nobody else as either. Shame on you boohoo ....customer loyalty means nothing to them ...just pure greed. I suspect this company will not last must longer!. Guys sign up with pretty little things....Great customer service and lovely products. I will be submitting this review on every boohoo platform and urge people to do the same read more

I wish I could give "0" stars as some people would say. I ordered from BooHoo on August 26 with shipping time of up to 8 days to reach the USA. Now 9 days later they're just now telling me it was MIS ROUTED to New Zealand which means I have to wait anther week or so for it to clear customs when I NEEDED IT THIS WEEKEND! The bad thing about it was that they didn't notify me of the mistake or request that it would be expressed to me. This will be my last time ordering with them. I'll stick with ASOS. read more

However this morning I am still getting the run around and they REFUSE to send a returns label unless I send them photographs of the items. This company sucks. I have ordered from them several times without a problem and got USA standard shipping and express shipping. $9.99 for standard and $14.99 express. I paid this without a problem and now they are saying I couldn't use express with the order so it was sent back to the company. But then when I questioned them on why I was sent other packages were received this way with no issue. They said they didn't understand why this happened. I have literally received 3-4 orders for them without and issue. The customer service reps are literally given me the run around. I have started posting to social media and telling all my friends and influencers to not shop with this company. I will also announce it on my podcast and make sure on other podcasts they know about this incident.. read more

Poor customer service experience and super inflexible company. placed an order using express shipping discount code only for them not to apply the express shipping (although they said it was applied) then refuse to cancel my order and then force me to pay to return the order. I'd give 0 stars if i could (never thought i would have to say that) I ordered on the 1/16. I paid for express shipping. After waiting 3 days and seeing my tracking number had not updated and still said label created i messaged and they apologized, using an obviously cut and paste message, blaming a shipping delay. I can tell that it had not ever shipped. But i said ok and waited a week after that it still said the same thing all in all they wouldn't do anything until the Feb. 2nd. Honestly if i didn't send multiple emails and messages i doubt they would have done anything. In the end after telling them to refund me I wasn't going to play that game they refunded me then had the gall to say as an apology if i would like a $5 voucher for my next order. I told them no I'm not ordering from them ever again. So my suggestion don't order if you do stay on top of it. Horrible company. Side note for the entire time i waited the tracking still said 'Label Created'. read more

My experience with Boohoo was all but pleasant. I placed an order with Boohoo on December 19, 2020 and chose express shipping. The estimated delivery date was December 23/24, 2020, but I received my item on December 30, 2020, well after the estimated delivery date. I chatted with different Boohoo's representatives before receiving my package, wondering the status of it. No one was able to help me out. I contacted Boohoo's representatives again on January 5, 2021, seeking information regarding returns, which are not free. The representative that I spoke to chatted with me for about five minutes and then decided to close the chat without asking me if I was still in need of assistance. In fact, I was still typing when she decided to arbitrarily end the chat. Unfortunately, I feel like there is no other choice but to leave a bad review because I sought Boohoo representatives' help too many times with absolutely no success. Although I do understand that packages may be delayed, this does not warrant Boohoo's employees to disrespect Boohoo's customers. As a customer, I highly trusted Boohoo and would have never expected to receive such discourteous treatment. Very disappointed. read more

I would never buy from here again. I never received my items. I made an order around 2am in the morning and did my payment through pay pal which has my zip code wrong. I notice the error in the zip code ONE hour later and email right away. (Forget about that fact that I paid an extra 15 dollars to have fast delivery). The next day I got an email saying that there is nothing they can do once the order is placed but once it gets to the U.S. it would be delivered by USPS and I can contact them to change the address or pick up the items. WELL it was never delivered with USPS. But DHL This company doesn't have a number you can call they won't respond to my email. I tracked the items with them and it said it was delivered signed-left at the door which doesnt make since was it signed or left at the door? So I contact pay pal and gave them all the information on the situation & boohoo respond " your item was not sent with USPS I hope this information helps you " like what ? I know it wasn't I want to know where them item is or I need a refund I send almost 100 dollars on this order & I don't know about everyone else but I can't afford to just waste 100 dollars. AVOID!! DO NOT BUY!! Awful Company who will try and scam you for your money and reported to Trading Standards!!! Cheap clothing and faulty! After you return the items they never automatically refund your money! Always have to chase and they ask you to wait 28 days...once 28 days have past, they still delaying on refunding you! Always have to raise a PayPal claim to resolve! Bad customer service and always such a nightmare to get your money back! Still waiting a refund 28 days later and have raise with PayPal to step in and resolve. They will advise you they cannot process your refund because you have a paypal claim open and if you closed your claim then they will process the refund! DON'T CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL CLAIM!!!! As they will continue to lie and delay your refund!!! 39 days later...I have finally received a refund, minus the delivery charge for the faulty item, after advising them I will report them to Trading Standards! I have never had a good experience with boohoo. I don't know what prompted me to pay for the yearly Premier delivery service, which promises next day delivery on orders before 11 PM. I received no order confirmation. No shipping confirmation. No apologies for late parcel. No notification that the parcel is out for delivery. When I did track down the tracking number 3 days later it showed a delivery window of 3-5pm. I have now wasted my entire Saturday waiting for this parcel, it is now 5:30pm- and you guessed it! Now parcel, no notification, not apology email updating ETA. When I reach out to customer care, they give me the same auto prompt answers and tell me I have to allow more time. If I hadn't ordered before, I would have assumed this company was just a scam. However, I'm not convinced it's not a scam. It is now Jan. 21st and I am continuously being told they have not received the items and can't refund. They will not have a manager call me, nor have they provided a resolution!!! Boohoo merchandise is mediocre at best. HOWEVER, they WILL and HAVE sent items I did NOT order. They send a FAKE return label. I affixed this "label" to my return package and as instructed, dropped off at the local post office. Tracking is a joke as well. The package I returned with Boohoo's return label, sat at the post office for a week, and then tracking said "DELIVERED TO AGENT." Tracking continues to indicate that the package has never left my local post office. NOT the fault of USPS. The return label provided by Boohoo is FAKE. Oh....
