Well....the 1st of the new year started out totally horrible. I went down in the cellar to wash…read moresheets and there was water. It seemed to be coming from the drain coming from the second-floor shower. I called and got Matt on the phone. What a pleasant person to deal with. He said he'd come right out and look at it which I was equally happy about. He looked and I told him the state that I was in economically. Him and his son Mike really worked for me. They did the job....cutting here....cutting there and replacing several pipes that were connected directly to the drain. They explained what they were doing so you know. I had freshly perked coffee (old school) on the stove waiting for them when they arrived, pumpkin spice glazed donuts, and bagels which they were very happy about. I gave Matt's son collectible records and books that had to do with sports and he was overjoyed. So...giving people valuable things and breaking bread with strangers....now new friends really affected the price....and you can't believe what a savings I was given. I was OVERJOYED. God blessed me today....and Matt and Mike from Master Plumbing & Drain Cleaning blessed me today. I couldn't be happier. My accurate rating for them is A++++++++++!!!!!!! That's 10 pluses. Y'all ROCK IT and you are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! I will be telling my family and friends all about your services......THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

We hired Kevin St. Lawrence at the recommendation of our plumbing and remodeling contractor, W. B…read more Dickenson to rewire our total master bathroom remodel. He worked with the other contractors to rough out the wiring before the sheetrock was installed and came back at the end to install the lighting and outlets. We arranged with him to stay after finishing the bathroom to take care of a to-do list of electrical issues that had been nagging us, including: rewiring a toe-kick heater in the kitchen to take it off the basement light circuit, diagnose and fix dead CFGI outlets and a xenon under-cabinet light (dead transformer) in the kitchen, added a basement light in the basement workshop, removed unwanted basement outlets, added two ceiling four outlet gang boxes in the workshop for drop-down power for tools and tool chargers. I had a collection of electrical parts and romex that I intended to use myself, and he used what he could so he wouldn't have to charge me, and even gave me credit for some of my unused parts that he could use on other jobs that I offered to him for free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions for improving on my own thoughts. He even took care of a few minor things like a cracked gang switch plate, missing screws, and a hanging gang switch plate cover in the workshop. We will be using him again in the future when we install a whole house generator and replace the breaker box to protect linemen from back-feeding the grid.
