My wife and i were pleasently greeted upon entering and were directed to the humador. About 10-15 minutes of looking through the large selection i decided on a cigar of my choice. Upon checking out, i was asked for my ID as i was going to pay for my cigar and a beer. My wife who was simply with me and was not purchasing a regulated item was also asked for ID. Because she was not interested in purchasing she did not bring an ID this evening. She was told she could not be in the building due to "the smoke" the employee failed to site Rhode Island General Law for "Smoking Bars"... I stood there confused, as I own a firearms business and i can site all Weapons Law under RI 11-47 yet this establisment is claiming reference to non existant law. However if it is store policy, It should not have been misrepresented as state law. Also, If it is store policy, ID upon enterence. Not after 10-15 minutes already in the building, with your guided assistance and support up to the point of purchase. Also denying alternate identification. I will not return and i urge others to avoid aswell. Theres plenty of lounges within 10 minutes of this location.

Lou's Cigar Lounge is a smoker's paradise!…read more I'm from out of town and I planned to first have a nice dinner then slide over to Lou's to smoke a stogie. Walking in, I felt like I was warmly greeted by both the manager and the patrons!? This is easy to remember, I first met Bill and Mitch (My brother in law is also named Mitch) I bought a nice Davidoff Cigar and ordered a Bourbon before sitting down with my new found friends. Here's the cool thing about Rhode Island, they don't have the heavy taxes on Cigars like New York & Boston. Mitch mentioned to me I should try the other Davidoff as well, another great smoke. I mean, when in Rome? I bought (3) cigars in total, two different Davidoffs to take home and enjoy. I asked the manager for a Bourbon, he suggested Colonel Taylor, small batch from Kentucky. Wow! Let's sun this up: Great cigar selections, awesome booze at their bar and the nicest bunch of smokers I've been with in a very long time. A cigar lounge that I highly recommend

The humidor is filled with some of the hardest to find boutique labels whose names are so hot and new I cannot recall and some of the fastest rising stars in the industry like Foundation Cigar Co. Can you get your Fuente there? Sure, but why would you? You may think that's what you went in for, but the owner, Peter has so much that he can tell you about all of the cigars in his humidor. He can find you something BETTER than what you initially wanted and it will make you excited about coming back to see what else you might find! In addition to the forward thinking offerings in the humidor, Knights also carries an array of accessories from Lotus which (while not my cup of tea) make excellent quality cutters and lighters with very modern aesthetics. If I had to gripe about something its the fact that I have to drive a half hour to get there! If you're a cigar smoker, do yourself a favor and get out to Knights Cigar Lounge!
