When they left, it was obvious the job was not done properly when I checked the next morning. There was greasy residue left on the windows, making them worse than before. The cup holders, middle console, and back seat chairs were not cleaned at all, and the rims still had visible dirt. This is not even basic-level service, let alone premium. I am attaching photos that clearly show what was left undone. What makes this worse is the lack of accountability afterward. My partner reached out multiple times to give them the opportunity to fix the issue or even respond, and we have received no reply. This review is here so either they make this right, or future customers know exactly what to expect before paying premium prices for subpar work and no follow-up.
