I have not been to a Bonefish Grill in years, but I have to see that visiting this particular establishment really blew me away and makes me want to come back ASAP. Despite the high prices, the quality of food made it worth the price. I went with my family, and we all ordered fish. One ordered Tuna Tartare, another had the grouper, and I had the Chilean Sea Bass. I ordered mine with the lemon caper, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the sides were equally as tasty. We also ordered the bang-bang shrimp as an appetizer, which was quite tasty! They give you some delicious bread with olive oil and pesto that is just as yummy! Our waiter was very friendly and efficient in taking care of us. The restaurant has a soft yet upscale ambiance and feels very clean. It wasn't loud enough for you to have a conversation. I think I'll be back in the future because I'd want to try other seafood dishes. read more

We had another excellent experience at this Bonefish Grill at the loop. Shay (Shayleigh S.) was our server and she did an amazing job. As the only server during the time that we were there, she was calm, cool, collected and very spot-on and prompt. Patrick was the chef during our visit. We find that the consistency, high-quality of food, and tastiness is a 10 out of 10 at this BF location at The Loop. My wife had to bistro steak with chimichurri, and I had the prefix menu with a bang-bang tacos, fries, and brussels sprout salad, and a Coke. I'm not sure how they can do the prefix for just $15.90; but, it is an amazing deal and all of my items were cooked absolutely perfectly and they were tasty. Accompanying the bistro steak with Chimchurry, my wife had the rice as well as the broccoli which she requested to have cooked additionally with olive oil to make it more tender and tasty. Shay was a big hit and made our experience a real positive one. A++ read more

This is a family favorite of ours and has been for years. We love the menu and always have to get the bang bang shrimp. Recently, we celebrated Easter here and enjoyed the brunch menu. The staff is very professional and inside gives an elite, sophisticated vibe, but also homey and comfortable. Brunch is definitely my favorite, but we love having big family dinners here too. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience today at approximately 5:15 p.m. at Bonefish Grill in The Loop, Osceola. When I arrived, I requested a table for two. The hostess asked whether I preferred a booth or a table. I said I would like a booth, and she told me the wait would be about 15 minutes. I then told her I was fine with a regular table instead, but she immediately said the wait would still be 15 minutes. What was confusing and frustrating was that the restaurant appeared to be mostly empty. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave. This is disappointing because Bonefish Grill has always been one of the restaurants closest to my home that I enjoyed visiting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, the quality of service seems to be declining. read more

We stopped in for lunch, and it was my husband's first visit. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food absolutely lived up to our expectations. We started with the Bang Bang shrimp and opted to have it grilled instead of fried, something we didn't even realize was an option and it was outstanding. I ordered a salad along with the filet and lobster paired with broccoli; everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. My husband chose the corn soup and the Chilean sea bass with mango salsa, along with broccoli and rice, and he thoroughly enjoyed every bite. To finish, we shared the bourbon brownie for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience. read more

My husband and I recently had dinner at Bonefish Grill in Kissimmee, Florida. We were seated right away by the hostess, which we appreciated. However, after being seated, we waited quite a while before anyone came to our table to greet us or even offer us water. Once our waitress arrived, she was friendly and provided good service for the rest of our meal. We ordered waters, a cocktail, and our dinners at that time. When our meals arrived, we were surprised by the portion sizes. While my meal was enough for me, I think many people would find the portions quite small, especially considering the price. I've included photos so others can judge for themselves. The restaurant also wasn't very busy during our visit--there was one person at the bar and only a couple of other tables occupied in our side - so the long wait to be acknowledged was disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience didn't feel like the Bonefish Grill we remembered from years ago. Although our waitress was pleasant once she got to us, the slow initial service and small portions left us disappointed. I did not take a picture of my husband's meal but below you will find mine. We may think twice before returning. read more

Bonefish Grill is a good seafood option, especially when you consider that it is a chain restaurant. Bonefish Grill has a lot of great options and you really can't go wrong with anything you order. I LOVE a Bonefish brunch! This is my husband and I's favorite brunch spot! The bang bang eggs Benedict is my favorite to get! It's one of a kind and so flavorful. You do have an option to get bottomless mimosas and I always do! If you aren't a mimosa person then you have to try the sangria because that's another favorite. They make it so perfectly! Our server today was so nice and friendly. I can't wait to come back for another brunch! read more

It's always a pleasure visiting Bonefish Grill. They never disappoint: be it the food, the quick, friendly service or the clean, calm ambiance, they always pay attention to the details. We're regulars at the Osceola Parkway location and they have always lived up to our expectations. No complaints. The only gripe I have is that the Poke bowl I used to absolutely love is no longer on the menu. That aside, everything is just perfect. read more

I love Mondays at bonefish because of happy hour and martini Mondays. I came in with my girlfriend. We sat at the bar. I started with a margarita. We ordered a few plates to share. The price isn't bad for what it is. We did 5 drinks and 3 plates and everything was roughly 60 bucks. Great happy hour deal! Our bartender was also awesome. read more

First time at this location, though I've been a Bonefish fan for years the Bang Bang Shrimp is my go-to and always a hit. It wasn't too busy, but it took about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me or brought water. I stayed since I had my laptop and was working. Service aside, the food was great and the Green Jeans Margarita was super refreshing. Solid visit! read more

Casual family friendly restaurant. Came here for the social hour that is from 3pm to 6:30pm. The server was also the bartender so the service was a bit slow at first but then other employees arrived around 4pm and helped out. I had to try the Bang bang shrimps since they had good reviews and they did not disappoint. I would come back just to eat that again. Full bar service available. There is also plenty of parking spaces in the loop plaza area. read more

First time at bonefish in so long and I had a great time! Our server was so sweet and took our order promptly. We went on a Monday, which happened to be martini Monday. Their espresso machine was broken so I was unable to get my first choice (espresso martini) but their winter white cosmo was so refreshing! We also ordered from the social hour menu and got the chocolate creme brûlée which was very good! The restaurant has plenty of seating so even though it was busy it wasn't crowded. They have tvs in the bar area as well. read more

Came for my dad's birthday, and can't say we'll be back unfortunately. We made reservations and were sat right away at dinner time but the restaurant was barely full. Our waiter came over and brought us bread, I mentioned that it was my dad's birthday and we got a "oh nice!" and that was literally the only recognition the whole meal. We got shrimp and scallops which were good but the quality of the food was not worth the price. My mom got the special lobster stuffed shrimp but it came out pretty gooey and it felt like there was barely any lobster in it, we all agreed we didn't like the dish. We ordered a side of potatoes for the table when ordering our meals and it never came out, we had to tell the waiter to make sure it didn't come out on our check. We didn't receive an apology or an offer to make it quickly and bring it to the table, clearly the service was lacking here. I still tipped 20%, but the service absolutely wasn't worth it and I don't recommend this location to anyone else who might be going. read more

Been to this Bonefish restaurant many times, so I decided to try a dish new to me. I chose the Spinach Bacon Blue Wahoo. A meaty fish it was chewy and tasty. Got two servings of broccoli to go with it. A Bonefish house salad to start plus they bring bread and olive oil to the table. Wifey had the $15.90 fish & chips which includes a beverage and salad. She didn't care for the breading on the fish so just mostly ate the Cod. Service was great for this lunchtime meal. Lots of free parking right in front. The restaurant is clean and has a Hugh bar with plenty of wine and cocktails. Beer too. read more

My server was very sweet and attentive and the restaurant was very clean. I did not care for the taste of the food. The whipped potatoes seem to be just that, a potato that is whipped- no cream no salt no pepper- just a sprinkle of parsley on top. The bang bang shrimp tacos were seriously lacking in flavor also. I did not even eat half the meal, didn't want to take it to go either. The bonefish back home in Kentucky is so much better, it's kind of shocking actually. I would not return to this location. read more

Very disappointed with the service during my recent visit to Bonefish. I've been here many times and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was so surprising. One of the waitresses, Luna, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to us was unnecessarily hostile and completely out of line for someone working in hospitality. To make matters worse, I later overheard her making negative comments about customers to other staff members, which was very uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to witness. As someone who comes here often and is even part of the rewards program, this was really disappointing. The food is great, but the attitude from this employee seriously took away from the experience. Management should really address this kind of behavior because it reflects poorly on an otherwise good restaurant. read more

I had placed an online order for pick up which included 2 sides of Jasmine rice, but unfortunately I received what seemed to be crispy rice from the bottom of the pan instead. As someone who frequents this establishment either for dining in or take-out, this was quite disappointing for me, As the rice was too crispy to eat. I truly enjoy the food at this location, and hopefully is not made a habit serving rice in this form unless it is specifically requested by a customer. . read more

The staff was very friendly, we went here for dinner. We got a bottle of wine, the dinner for two, the shrimp tacos and the fish and chips. Someone once said.... Go with what you know... so, Bonefish Grill it was. The inside was clean and bright. We started with the seafood cheese dip. Although it came with fresh tortilla chips dusted with chili, which were tasty, I preferred the fresh bread, served with herbs and oil, as my dipping choice. We decided to share the Blackened Shrimp Elote as well as a fresh lobster tail. The tail was juicy, cooked perfectly, wonderful with the warm drawn butter. The elote corn was crisp with a creamy cheese sauce, having just the right kick on the backend. There were 8 jumbo shrimp, seasoned and grilled, which was perfect to share. I also enjoyed a fresh seasonal Pineapple Martini. Made with Malibu coconut rum, it was a delightful treat. Big shout out to SCOTT and Team. They did a great job taking care of us! read more

Server Julie was great, the food came out cold but the plate was hot from sitting out under the heating lamp. Server was very apologetic but no manager came over to apologize or anything. Ambiance was chill as it was Sunday late afternoon before the dinner rush. Besides the table next to us with the gentleman talking loudly on speaker phone. When they brought out the updated dish they just warmed it up same broccoli and rice but a new piece of chicken breast and a condescending tone of whoever brought out the new dish. The picture posted was of the original meal not the replacement one. The score doesn't have a reflection to the server but the overall very drawn out experience. read more

We live close by, and this is our go to sit down restaurant. I like the uniforms the servers wear and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I'm not sure why but consistency in how they serve / present the dishes changes often and leaves you wondering if they are shorting you on the actual food. I like that the kids can draw on the tables as they cover the fabric w a paper as well. Everything I've ordered is always delicious and hot. Kids meals are always great. Bonefish has been my go to place. I come for happy hour and apps frequently. I came for the Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesday and drinks. Sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. The place wasn't packed and the bar had a couple of patrons sitting. The bartender took my drink order. I had a martini flight. I drank from one of the glasses and felt a sharp object and noticed a chip on the glass. I pointed this out to the bartender. Instead of taking the drink and making a whole new one she just proceeded to take the drink that was in the chipped glass and pour it into a new glass. Perhaps she was really busy or didn't think about it but the right customer service thing to do was to make the drink over in a new glass. My food came which didn't take long and it was delicious. I shouldn't have to ask for bread or water. Otherwise my experience was subpar. Will try again and hopefully the experience will be better. read more

I work at the Miniso at the loop just next to this establishment. I've heard a lot of negative things about this place prior to this moment, but of course I never paid it any mind. However, after tonight, I cannot stay quiet. I had the sweetest woman enter my store today, ashamed about having to sell cookies to provide for her children after losing her job. As a mother myself, my heart ached and I helped in any way I could. This poor woman then told me that she was embarrassed to ask, and when I told her there was nothing to be embarrassed of, she told me that the male manager at this establishment laughed at her for asking and trying to sell cookies to them. This is truly disgusting behavior, and if this is how management handles a situation like this, I can make sure no one I know ever frequents this place. In this day and age it's so important now more than ever to have each other's backs in the face of hardship, and his reaction was completely unacceptable and entirely unwarranted. Its basic hospitality and working in a restaurant should have taught him manners ages ago, even if he couldn't help he could've explained that kindly. Disgusting. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch after doing some shopping in the area. I worked at Bonefish all throughout my college years, so I was craving some of my favorite menu items from the past. It's been quite awhile since I've been to a BFG, so I expected the menu to have changed a lot. I was happy to still see many of the staple appetizers & entrees. The bread service was just as I remembered and I was so happy to see that the seasonal Winter White Cosmo was on the menu that day. That was always one of my favorite cocktails. At first, I was bummed to see that they had changed the seared ahi tuna, but I decided to still try the new tempura crunch sashimi tuna and it was actually super tasty! We also tried ordering the mussels, but I guess they were out of them. For entrees, we ordered the classic Lily's Chicken and the Cod Imperial (stuffed with a blend of seafood, mozzarella & parmesan cheese, topped with lemon-caper butter). My husband has always loved the imperial and he said it was amazing. The Lily's Chicken wasn't as good as I remember. The chicken was pretty dry and overall lacked flavor. I think next time I'll opt for the shrimp & scallops (my other favorite) instead. read more

Well this a favorite! They have changed something's on the menu so I was excited to try. I even tried a Sauvignon blanc white wine from decoy. Light and crispy. Complimented my meal perfectly. Filled up on the freshly baked, warm sour dough bread we did not order an appetizer. Haha! Started with the broccoli, spinach shaved salad, pecan, Parmesan cheese and balsamic dressing. I got the dressing on the side. Thank God we split it because it is huge and delicious. Hope it stays on the menu. They have a special of the day menu and that's what we order the tomatoes buttery grouper. Wow! So fresh, moist, flaky and flavorful. Glad it's time to bring back the broccoli. Steamed to perfection every time. It came with risotto that was creamy and tasty. I order the creamy garlic potatoes. They give you a huge portion. So flavorful crunch on the outside and soft in the inside with the creamy garlic goodness poured all over. Love all the new items and specials. There is always a smiling host there to greet you. The server is long time employee that is always nice to experience it tells you a lot about the company. He Enjoys his job, knowledgeable, relaxed and took care of everything we wanted or needed. Love the mood that is set when you walk in low golden lightning in glass fixture, leather booths and with steel dividers. Long moody bar area with dark table high tops. This was our first visit to this location. Bonefish is typically pretty good overall but unfortunately we didn't have the best experience. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. It was decorated just like all the others which is a nice, breezy coastal vibe. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon around 2. The service was ok, pretty slow for it being not busy. We had 3 adults, 2 kids. We all ordered together but the adult meals were delivered first. Minutes later we asked if the kids meals would be coming out and they said yes. 10 minutes later, still no kids meal. We flagged down our waitress, who seemed to be avoiding us due to the situation, she said she'd have to check. Another couple minutes goes by, after everyone is nearly finished and kids have picked off the adult meals their food is delivered by the cook (without apologies). Similar situation with our check. Food was fine. Atmosphere is lovely. Service was very unfortunate. Maybe a bad day or short staffed but apologies and owning mistakes goes a long way. read more

We Had a 830 pm reservation for 12/14/2024. We Arrived a few minutes early. Hostess sat us at a booth. That was the last time we saw any wait staff for 15 minutes. I was blown away by the lack of attention by everyone working in the main dining area. Clearly no one here is working as a team as both hostesses and wait staff walked back-and-forth multiple times, made eye contact with us and not one person came over and offered a glass of water. To make matters worse, a family of four walked in after us, was sat three boots up from us and was immediately greeted and served before we were even acknowledged. Finally, our server, who was very pleasant, arrived on the scene to offer us service. We politely declined and asked for a manager. After waiting another 3 to 4 minutes without a manager arriving, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant. Bonefish Grill is typically a very well run, well staffed establishment with incredible food. This is a visceral offense, and unfortunately has soured my desire to patronize their establishment in the future. read more

This was our first visit to a BoneFish Grill. We chose this Kissimmee location because it very close to where my daughter lives. We had reservations and seating was immediate. My daughter arrived late and the hostess helped her find us. Our server was very friendly and anxious to please. The girls both opted for the BFG Cheeseburger with fries and added an order of Bacon Mac n Cheese. The burgers were huge so one would have been plenty. They gobbled up the mac and cheese right away. While they weren't able to eat much of their huge burger they both said it was good just too big with the fries and mac and cheese. My wife had the Sirloin Steak & Shrimp with the vegetable of the day and the asparagus. The steak was prepared medium well just as she had ordered. The asparagus was worth paying extra for (premium side). My daughter never eats much but she did order the Bacon Mac N Cheese and even with her small appetite she finished every bite. Our server kept us current on drinks and was attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the Sirloin Steak & Shrimp too. My sides were the Cole Slaw and the Rice. The slaw had some extra vinegar which I really liked. The rice was very fluffy, not wet and sticky. We split a couple of the desserts. The girls had the chocolate lava cake and even after their big meal they cleaned the plate. The wife and I split the cheesecake and we also cleaned our plate. Both were presented beautifully and both were delicious. For four of us the price was reasonable at $150.00. I should add that none of us had alcoholic drinks which can really up the price. We all left full and well satisfied with our dining experience. read more
