I have not been to a Bonefish Grill in years, but I have to see that visiting this particular establishment really blew me away and makes me want to come back ASAP. Despite the high prices, the quality of food made it worth the price. I went with my family, and we all ordered fish. One ordered Tuna Tartare, another had the grouper, and I had the Chilean Sea Bass. I ordered mine with the lemon caper, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the sides were equally as tasty. We also ordered the bang-bang shrimp as an appetizer, which was quite tasty! They give you some delicious bread with olive oil and pesto that is just as yummy! Our waiter was very friendly and efficient in taking care of us. The restaurant has a soft yet upscale ambiance and feels very clean. It wasn't loud enough for you to have a conversation. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food absolutely lived up to our expectations. I ordered a salad along with the filet and lobster paired with broccoli; everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Our waiter came over and brought us bread, I mentioned that it was my dad's birthday and we got a "oh nice!" and that was literally the only recognition the whole meal. We got shrimp and scallops which were good but the quality of the food was not worth the price. My mom got the special lobster stuffed shrimp but it came out pretty gooey and it felt like there was barely any lobster in it, we all agreed we didn't like the dish. We ordered a side of potatoes for the table when ordering our meals and it never came out, we had to tell the waiter to make sure it didn't come out on our check. We didn't receive an apology or an offer to make it quickly and bring it to the table, clearly the service was lacking here. Been to this Bonefish restaurant many times, so I decided to try a dish new to me. I chose the Spinach Bacon Blue Wahoo. A meaty fish it was chewy and tasty. Got two servings of broccoli to go with it. A Bonefish house salad to start plus they bring bread and olive oil to the table. Wifey had the $15.90 fish & chips which includes a beverage and salad. The whipped potatoes seem to be just that, a potato that is whipped- no cream no salt no pepper- just a sprinkle of parsley on top. The bang bang shrimp tacos were seriously lacking in flavor also. My wife had the bistro steak with chimichurri and she substitute a BFG house salad instead of the vegetables. The steak was extremely tender and quite tasty (high quality meat). If you like your steak medium, always order as 'medium-rare' to be on the safe side as we did this time. The blueberry lemon martini was also great. Service was awesome from Rey. If you see only very limited parking at this location, do not let this dissuade you from a visit as the BFG lot is shared with other really popular Loop businesses such as the Nike Outlet and the Trampoline business. Very disappointed with the service during my recent visit to Bonefish. I've been here many times and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was so surprising. One of the waitresses, Luna, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to us was unnecessarily hostile and completely out of line for someone working in hospitality. To make matters worse, I later overheard her making negative comments about customers to other staff members, which was very uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to witness. As someone who comes here often and is even part of the rewards program, this was really disappointing. The food is great, but the attitude from this employee seriously took away from the experience. Bonefish has been my go to place. I come for happy hour and apps frequently. I came for the Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesday and drinks. Sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. The place wasn't packed and the bar had a couple of patrons sitting. The bartender took my drink order. I had a martini flight. I drank from one of the glasses and felt a sharp object and noticed a chip on the glass. I pointed this out to the bartender. Instead of taking the drink and making a whole new one she just proceeded to take the drink that was in the chipped glass and pour it into a new glass. Perhaps she was really busy or didn't think about it but the right customer service thing to do was to make the drink over in a new glass. My food came which didn't take long and it was delicious. We live close by, and this is our go to sit down restaurant. I like the uniforms the servers wear and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I'm not sure why but consistency in how they serve / present the dishes changes often and leaves you wondering if they are shorting you on the actual food. I like that the kids can draw on the tables as they cover the fabric w a paper as well. Everything I've ordered is always delicious and hot. Kids meals are always great. We went during their Social Hour so we got The Big Bang which is a bigger order of them. We also tried the B.L.T. Nachos with chicken and they were also super good. They had the same bang bang sauce, with really good chicken, bacon, cheese, and the crispy tortillas were perfect! Stopped in for a late lunch after doing some shopping in the area. I worked at Bonefish all throughout my college years, so I was craving some of my favorite menu items from the past. It's been quite awhile since I've been to a BFG, so I expected the menu to have changed a lot. I was happy to still see many of the staple appetizers & entrees. The bread service was just as I remembered and I was so happy to see that the seasonal Winter White Cosmo was on the menu that day. That was always one of my favorite cocktails. At first, I was bummed to see that they had changed the seared ahi tuna, but I decided to still try the new tempura crunch sashimi tuna and it was actually super tasty! We also tried ordering the mussels, but I guess they were out of them. For entrees, we ordered the classic Lily's Chicken and the Cod Imperial (stuffed with a blend of seafood, mozzarella & parmesan cheese, topped with lemon-caper butter). My husband has always loved the imperial and he said it was amazing. The Lily's Chicken wasn't as good as I remember. The chicken was pretty dry and overall lacked flavor. We Had a 830 pm reservation for 12/14/2024. We Arrived a few minutes early. Hostess sat us at a booth. That was the last time we saw any wait staff for 15 minutes. I was blown away by the lack of attention by everyone working in the main dining area. Clearly no one here is working as a team as both hostesses and wait staff walked back-and-forth multiple times, made eye contact with us and not one person came over and offered a glass of water. To make matters worse, a family of four walked in after us, was sat three boots up from us and was immediately greeted and served before we were even acknowledged. Finally, our server, who was very pleasant, arrived on the scene to offer us service. We politely declined and asked for a manager. After waiting another 3 to 4 minutes without a manager arriving, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant. Bonefish Grill is typically a very well run, well staffed establishment with incredible food. We had 3 adults, 2 kids. We all ordered together but the adult meals were delivered first. Minutes later we asked if the kids meals would be coming out and they said yes. 10 minutes later, still no kids meal. We flagged down our waitress, who seemed to be avoiding us due to the situation, she said she'd have to check. Another couple minutes goes by, after everyone is nearly finished and kids have picked off the adult meals their food is delivered by the cook (without apologies). Similar situation with our check. This was our first visit to a BoneFish Grill. We chose this Kissimmee location because it very close to where my daughter lives. We had reservations and seating was immediate. My daughter arrived late and the hostess helped her find us. Our server was very friendly and anxious to please. The girls both opted for the BFG Cheeseburger with fries and added an order of Bacon Mac n Cheese. The burgers were huge so one would have been plenty. They gobbled up the mac and cheese right away. While they weren't able to eat much of their huge burger they both said it was good just too big with the fries and mac and cheese. My wife had the Sirloin Steak & Shrimp with the vegetable of the day and the asparagus. The steak was prepared medium well just as she had ordered. The asparagus was worth paying extra for (premium side). My daughter never eats much but she did order the Bacon Mac N Cheese and even with her small appetite she finished every bite. Our server kept us current on drinks and was attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the Sirloin Steak & Shrimp too. My sides were the Cole Slaw and the Rice. The slaw had some extra vinegar which I really liked. The rice was very fluffy, not wet and sticky. We split a couple of the desserts. The girls had the chocolate lava cake and even after their big meal they cleaned the plate. The wife and I split the cheesecake and we also cleaned our plate. Both were presented beautifully and both were delicious. For four of us the price was reasonable at $150.00. I should add that none of us had alcoholic drinks which can really up the price.
