The Brighton coffee scene is already pretty big and offers a lot of choice for artisan coffee. So when I saw a new place had popped up near my workplace, I honestly didn't go in for a while due to being a regular elsewhere.
However, I'm really glad I went in and checked it out! They offer a daily selection of two single source bean varieties to choose from, as well as having a really tasty decaf option too. They get most of their food from the guys at Silo, which is soo tasty! Both the drinks and the food is quite well priced too in my opinion.
I love how they really care about their beans, the quality of the extraction as well as having some superb latte art. The cup size for me is perfect, as I never really got the whole idea of having a massive cup of foamed/ steamed milk with really tiny ratio of espresso in there.
The design is super simple, nice hanging industrial bulbs, comfy seating and a pretty decent selection of music.
All together, I'm really into Bond St Coffee and am now a regular. Coffee done as coffee should be! read more
