Susan was very personable and put me at ease right away. I explained what I needed and Susan set right to work gathering the information. She talked with my lawyer to find out what he needed and set about gathering the information. I even needed a Process Server and she was able to provide one for me. In the end, I was awarded custody of my granddaughter. Fast forward to 2019. My son passed away unexpectedly and I called Susan. She guided me and helped me through all the paperwork that was needed to arrange for son's final resting place. Every time I mentioned I needed something, Susan said she could take care of it. She was the Private Investigator for my child custody case. She was the Chaplain that performed the Memorial Service for my son and she was the Notary Public for papers I needed notarized. Susan is very professional and knowledgeable. Through all of this, she kept checking on me to make sure I had followed up on the tasks I needed to take care.
