Made 2cnd payment in person & asked about reports, associate said the office will call me, no response. Snail mailed 3rd payment with question about reports, no response. Gave up asking on the 4th payment. Guess I will make the last 5th payment with my 2cnd Social security check and rack it up on lessons learned. I should of seen the red flag of communication when the signed contract 7-23-19 that was emailed was never opened in months.It was finally processed in November 2019. Note: always remember there is no charge for legal fees if no recovery but YOU are still liable for expenses regardless of outcome!

In fact, the judge had to inform both me and my wife's attorney that he was not representing me. Throughout the case, he did not provide me with documents, updates, or meaningful communication regarding my matter. I had to obtain information about my own case through the online court portal rather than receiving updates directly from my attorney. Based on my experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of communication, representation, and transparency regarding his billing. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring this attorney carefully confirm his hourly rate, billing practices, and exactly what services are included before retaining him. Her lawyer needed a form for insurance to take me off of my exes but Paul ignored her attempts to contact him. I had to Google the legal form myself and send it off to them. I don't know what I paid for. His paralegals do all of his work. Paul will not return phone calls or emails. I don't think he has a computer and I'm not kidding. He did not get her lawyer discovery and then proceeded to bill me anyways. Paul is worth just being a good car salesman to get you in. That's why his ratings on Lawyer.com has him at 2.8 I wish I knew this ahead of time. He owes me $2000 for the appearances he didn't make and not accomplishing anything the previous one. My new lawyer communicates everything and finally the case is moving along. I had other lawyers wouldn't touch my case because they said Paul messed it bad but my new lawyer has been great so far and cleaning things up. My new Lawyer Katlyn Johnson just got me almost triple what Paul couldn't get me. She closed the deal in 2 months and Paul didn't do anything in 5 months. He is a scam artist that talks a big game. Do not fall for his antics. I was on the verge of getting nothing with Paul and she clean it up easily and closed the deal. She is also cheaper than Paul. Update: Paul Refused to give me 1200 back that he owes me for a court appearance he didn't show up to and said I owe him.

Paul ran my credit card before I even had the retainer agreement read or signed (he flipped over the page with his $350/hr rate very quickly) and left me to sign the agreement. He re-entered the room multiple times huffing and acting impatient that it wasn't signed immediately. I felt intimidated, frustrated, and completely taken advantage of. I should've trusted my gut and left instead of allowing him to take a full retainer. I fired Paul after 3 days, which he used $1,200 out of my $1,500 retainer to simply ADJOURN a court date for HIS OWN VACATION. I received a $310 refund for Paul to do absolutely nothing but disrespect and waste my time. He promised me that retainer would get me through "at least 3 months". Im thankful didn't have him represent me in the courtroom. I'll also note that communication is a joke, his "receptionist" just screams your requests across the hall without putting herself on mute while you sit awkwardly listening to them shout at eachother
