This was the first ever Bon Marche I ever went into, and I only did that because it was raining! At first glance, it seems a bit like a shop that only your granny would shop in, but if you ignore the obviously old-fashioned items and look at each item on its own you find that there is actually some really good stuff, good quality and good prices. You're never going to hit the catwalk or top clubs in a Bon Marche outfit, but if you're just looking for a pair of decent black trousers for work, or a plain tshirt top then you'll find it here at a good price.
They sell up to a ladies size 24, and as the sizes are fairly true to fit that makes it a good alternative to Evans and the other fat shops for everyday basic clothing. read more
