I am rarely able to find something that I want in this particular branch of Dorothy Perkins and find the staff awkward. The till is often left unattended and customers have to queue at the till until a staff member returns to start serving customers.

They have a nice selection of gifts for the home, childrens, mens and womens clothing. They have a small selection of shoes which, unfortunately, do not come in a size 3?! If you telephone the store they are happy to put items to one side for you to collect the next day. If requested the staff will gift wrap your items and remove the prices which saves you a job! Generally the items are of a very high quality and the Fusion range offers particularily good value however the zips on dresses do tend to stick on seams and the sizes aren't consistent. I've had to return a few items because the zips were broken. Due to the lack of other quality womens clothing stores in Carmarthen items sell out quickly. Generally my experience of Monsoon Carmarthen has been very positive and I would recommend it.
