Bon Marche is of course a store I have inadvertently walked past many times as it really isn't the sort of thing I would have an interest in - it does appear however to be something of a time warp in regards to the fashion industry.
Now of course I understand not everyone will or should be wearing the hippest and most forward thinking gear - the majority of women of the slightly elderly variety always appear to have purchased their clothes in a Tardis, landing outside a small tailor's in Conventry shortly after the Blitz.
Bon Marche isn't quite up there with time warp wear, that award goes to a handful of other city centre stores that certainly deserve to be in a museum, but it is a little dated. Lots of a frilly, gaudy things - patterns of flowers and the like.
