I had purchased custom cabinets from this business which were incorrectly built according to our…read morepurchase agreements and drawings. This business did not take it seriously to come back to do the final measurements after I had paid the deposit for the purchase of cabinets as what they had promised and now the cabinets were built incorrectly according to our agreements and drawings. And also the business had forgotten about the removable to slide out panels for the valance lights and now all the bottom panels are blocked. I had three electrician contractors who came to give me a quote and all of them are not confident to take off all the cabinet doors and remove the panels to install the wiring and lights. I spoke to the manager many times in person and later on in writing through emails because I do not trust her anymore. The manager seems not willing to correct the mistakes and gave many excuses and made up things to hide her mistakes and negligence and also tried to persuade me to take and accept their incorrectly built cabinets. I don't think it is reasonable for me as a customer to take it and suffered just because of her negligence. And now, the counter tops of the lower cabinets are on hold until the business had fully corrected and finished their job. I have been unable to use my kitchen for almost two months now. The BBB had sent the second notice to this business and hopefully the BBB will receive the business' reply by the due date.

We got a quote over the phone based on rough measurements from by the owner for $1800 with…read moreinstallation and then I came in the next day to pick out the colour. The salesperson gave me a different price for the same rough measurements of $2100 but said the owner would come by to measure and confirm the quote. They insisted I pay an $800 deposit to reserve my desired installation day and told me it was refundable if I didn't agree with final price. They came to measure at my house the same day I paid the deposit. When they measured at my house they told me I actually needed less material only $1850 but because it was less now they had to charge me $200 delivery fee when it was supposed to be free. I got upset about them trying to charge a fee that wasn't agreed upon and asked for my deposit back (still the same day nothing had been ordered yet). They then tried to say it was a $150 administration fee for the refund which is outrageous. I told them we were coming for our deposit back and that was it and they still ended up charging us $25 fee supposedly for the debit machine charge. They are dishonest and should be ashamed and have lost all future business with my contractor!
