I am so excited that Bombshell Waxing has opened a second location on the Northshore!! This flirty and fun waxing salon/ boutique is what every gal on this side of the lake has been missing! They have the cutest lingerie and corsets without having to go to one of those creepy adult stores, and without having to spend tons of money at a place like Victoria's Secret. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Believe me, no question is too weird to ask. I have had nothing but great experiences at both locations - they really are the waxing experts. The staff at Mandeville said they will be doing spray tanning too very soon just like the Metairie location, which I am very happy about because they use Million Dollar Tan, which in my opinion, is the best stuff out there. I am very fair skinned and it never leaves me looking orange. I am forever a loyal client at Bombshell. They turn the idea of a traditional spa environment on its head with the fun music they play, the laughs and chatter that come out of the rooms, and did I mention they offer other types waxings besides your basic bikini and Brazilian?! I promise you'll enjoy yourself there - maybe even enough to get Vajazzled! read more

My first experience at Bombshell in Mandeville was great. Lauren was an excellent technician. So I made an appointment to see her again. That appointment was canceled due to a damaging rain storm. I made another appointment for a week later. Then the day before I was informed that Lauren had quit. I was given another appointment with someone else. The drive to the spa had been damaged in the previous rain storm and I arrived five minutes late. The road to the strip mall where it is was down to one lane. I was told because I was late I could only get one of the services I had requested. There was no sympathy, I felt the person at the desk was rude and having a personal problem with Bombshell. I was upset because I had waited and made a new appointment and plans for that evening that I needed the appointment for. There was no reasoning with them. No apology. After getting the one service I walked out to an empty waiting room. There was no one there. And yet I was punished by some policy that no one had ever mentioned in THE TWO YEARS I HAVE HAD MY MEMBERSHIP!!! Wtf? Did I mention I was driving from New Orleans? I will never go back there again. I think the owner at least owes me an apology read more

I have always had an amazing experience at Bombshell no matter what esthetician I've seen. I have been a client for almost a year now and I will never go anywhere else. They use hard wax which is impossible to find at salons on the Northshore because no other place specializes in only waxing. The staff is always very friendly and professional, the place is super clean, and the service is remarkable. I love that they also always have amazing deals going on whether it is Groupons, Yelp Deals, 30% student discounts on Tuesdays, and 10% off for prebooking your next appointment! They also carry cute lingerie and fabulous skin care and post-waxing products. Bombshell really is as good as it gets for waxing on the Northshore. I have been to several other places, but the experience at Bombshell has overall been the best hands down! LOVE THEM! read more

First Brazilian with an Amazing esthetician, Chelsea B! Long time fan of sugaring, but the soft wax, fast service, and professionalism I experienced were more than enough to make me want to become a repeat client. I had full legs and Brazilian done, my first for both, and Chelsea B. was fun, professional, and very gentle. While there was some pain, it was no where close to what I was expecting and know it was due to Chelsea B.'s extensive experience. The front desk was also very helpful and everyone made me feel extremely welcome. Overall this place was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend it! read more

I love Bombshell Waxing! I scheduled an eyebrow consultation and had my eyebrows waxed. In all the years of eyebrow waxing, I never had anyone measure to make sure both eyebrows were even. I loved them so much I went back and tried the full leg and armpit waxing for the 1st time. Shaving would give me a rash and itching that would last about a day. I do not get the rash or itching with waxing and I don't have to shave for at least 3 weeks. I'm hooked and will never shave again. I'm a customer for life and definitely recommend Bombshell Waxing in Mandeville. read more

The process from walking in to finishing up is so very smooth! Tracy is a fantastic esthetician and definitely goes above and beyond on each appointment. She and the other ladies on staff are very knowledgeable about what is best for you and how to help get you there! This place is so great that I have basically pulled everyone I know in to give it a try! read more

LOVE BOMBSHELL. From the first time I called to inquire about a couple of their services prior to booking online - to the time I left my appointment, everyone was super nice and thorough! Kadee did my Brazilian and legs at the Mandeville location - it had been my first time seeing someone other than my normal esthetician I've seen for years as I have relocated. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable right off the bat :) I'll be looking into a membership soon! Thanks, Bombshell! read more

I've been to the Northshore location before and my experience was great! Recently went back and have to say it was such a pleasant experience from the time I called and spoke with Amberleigh (she answered all my questions) to the moment I met Kadee who did my wax and made sure to educate me on exfoliating. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and kindness! read more

I went to the mandeville location today requesting to get a contact number or email address for the owner. The store manager contacted the owner and she excepted my call. I explained the reason for my call and within less than five minutes I was cursed out and told go F- myself before getting hung up on??? I will never do business with this company!! read more

My bombshell experience has been great! I've only got my eyebrows waxed, so I can't speak for any of the intimate waxes, but the result is always amazing! They take their time and really customize each wax. They have been nothing but friendly, and worked with me to figure out how to stop the breakouts after. I love them! read more
