Refill was $40 "gel polish" and a pedicure $60 "gel polish" I wasn't crazy about the pedicure. She did a good job. Just wasn't something I was used to getting. I did receive a leg massage with my pedicure and one towel on both legs and that was the deluxe pedicure. Deluxe pedicure I get where I live comes with two towels on each foot, stone massage, and foot was bag to finish off my pedicure. I know every salon is different so I'm not holding it against them. Stones weren't too hot to harm the skin, hot enough to release the tension. Had a female masseuse who was wonderful! (I even fell asleep during the massage I was so relaxed) lol Crystal - so beautiful! It caught my attention as I was checking out. The lady informed me that whatever crystal you naturally like is one you're 'drawn' to or need in your life. Ha, sold! But no, the people there are so knowledgeable about crystals and yoga. They are the real deal and even hold classes for yoga and crystal knowledge. Visited the salt cave, it's my least favorite. Maybe because I came right after waking up. It is always difficult to find time for exercise while you're traveling, but what a relief taking the Yin yoga class taught by GSHA owner Bonnie Shaw. This class was just what I needed after traveling in an airplane and sleeping on an air mattress. Bonnie leads you through the poses giving you options for different levels in an inviting beautiful studio. It is in a wonderfully restored Mc Comb home, one of many in this small, history rich town. And to add to the experience, Bonnie is a Reiki master, something I did not expect to find in Mc Comb. As you are going through the poses, Bonnie gives you individual attention with her healing hands. If you have never experienced Reiki, let me tell you, feeling is believing! Treat yourself! Guaranteed you will feel better leaving than when you went in and with continued practice, it only gets better! Thanks GSHA and Bonnie. I know for my next visit in Mc Comb, I will have a place to rejuvenate!
