The salon is cute and has a trendy vibe. All the stylists are friendly, and easy to talk to. All the haircuts I've gotten here have been basic, not super pleased but not overly disappointed. Just haircuts. I got a lob and chopped off all my hair once, but she didn't recommend adding some texture or layers or thinning out the bottom at all so it ended up looking terrible on me. I look for a stylist that isn't afraid to tell me what will and won't look good on my hair type, or at least recommend how to make it look better and she did not. Then, I came back 6 months later to get it trimmed, add some texture and get the bottom thinned. She thinned it out so much that 3 years later my hair is now long and I am now dealing with very thin hair in the bottom half. Got eyebrow waxing done here too, was pleased with that. Got balayage and they damaged my hair a loooot. Still have brittle hair ends 3 years later. So over all take away: go here for face waxing, basic easy cuts and hair trims. But I won't come back to get a color or a major style change, just haven't had enough excellent experiences to trust them with that. But worth a visit! Maybe you'll click with a stylist and find someone who does what you love! Definitely worth it to check them out!

I wanted to try out the balayage look but was skeptical as every other hair salon I've been too cannot get the color correct. I always end up with "orange" brassy hair. I always get the explanation that my hair is too dark or too brassy, I'll never get the "blonder" or light look I am aiming for, especially on the first try. Well, my appointment was with Erica that day and she set me up with an 11am appointment. She told me she would need some time to get everything done (color, cut, style, etc). I spent 5 hours in her chair that day (poor girl) and the whole time I never felt as if she was rushed, frustrated, distracted, or anything that I've negatively encountered far too often at other locations I've tried. She was so friendly and kind the whole time with me! I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her and the whole time was a great experience in itself. When she was done and turned me around to see the final look, I wanted to cry from sheer excitement! I have never loved my look/hair like I did that day! I was blown away!!! My color was far better than I could have ever imagined. She NAILED THE LOOK on the very first try!
