One star because my hair came out just awful. Within an hour my hair began frizzing. I regret coming here I do a much better job blow drying my hair at home. Such a waste of time and money. I mean just awful you can't even tell that I had my hair blow dried, by far the worst blow dry I've ever gotten stay away!! I don't know if it was the blowdryer that was bad, or the stylist that barely used heat and used no tension. So awful, save your money. read more

This place is super cute and the service is top notch! I called to make an appointment to have my hair braided for a friend's wedding. Jennifer was beyond fantastic. She first played around with a few hair styles before showing me what she was happy with. She is a perfectionist, and it was much appreciated. After much approval with the final braid hair style, she put some product in to dirty up my hair and went in for the final style. I have very straight, soft, but lots of hair(which ends up being heavy and slippery), so she had to use a lot of bobby pins. Jen was great and asked for my final approval to make sure I liked everything and it was all secure before I left. I will definitely be back again to get my hair done by her again. I moved to the area and read reviews regarding this blow dry bar. I went weekly to my previous one before moving along with my daughter and my hair has always lasted over a week. It was a Sunday afternoon, the staff was very nice! The girl and guy who did my daughter's hair and mine were also very pleasant. I do have and wavy hair so I called the next morning, not even 24 hours after, and asked if I could come in and simply re do my ends, just needed more heat on my ends day before, I wasn't asking for my entire hair to be redone just my ends. The girl who answered was not the same one as the day before, she said "well weather has been bad and I have never received a complaint about him, I will charge you $15." As two first time customers looking to have our hair done weekly, she didn't offer any service recovery. I can understand if they knew me and felt this was a trend to ask for my hair to be touched up at my ends constantly but I wasn't given the one time chance. It's a shame since, they would have had more customers through my word of mouth. Hopefully manager and/owner reads this. Kudos to the Sunday staff.. sweet and professional read more

Got a gift certificate as a birthday present and have to say this place is amazing!!! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and nice. The hair wash was even relaxing. The overall experience is two thumbs ups. Highly recommend giving this place a try. I loved the way the shampoo smelled, I bought it on check out. They had an amazing spray they used before blow drying, hopefully they sell that too, have to call and find out! I went to Bombshell Dry Bar initially for a make up, but the day before I called to add a blow out and some kind of texture to my short pixie cut. The receptionist was very nice, she washed my hair. Cassandra started doing my hair, I knew at the very first moment it was going to be a disaster, didnt ask what I wanted, the way she was handling my hair I thought she was a student. I was going to a wedding so time was my enemy. I told her I want flat on the sides and back and the front like messy, some hairspray and thats it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but honestly my hair looked like from the Golden Girls, the receptionist was doing a make up next to me and she looked a few times at me in distress. I was very disappointed, upset but I did not want to hurt her feelings. At the end I said just leave it like that, at 2pm I had an appt for make up in the same place. So you know I was scared because with the hair was a disaster. Here comes Marco, he asked a few questions, what I was looking for, what kind of cut was my dress, indoor/outdoor wedding etc. I told him what I wanted and that I was upset with my hair. He handle the situation very professional and what surprise me the most he didnt say anything negative about his co worker. The make up he did saved me and the disaster on top of my head. He rubbed some kind of pomade and fixed my hair. Marco is a great make up artist and co worker. Im giving 5 stars to the make up and the way he handle the situation and the way he is with his co workers. read more

This place is amazing!! Beautiful, clean, incredibly friendly and attentive. I called and made an appointment over the phone. Taryn was so friendly and accommodated my friend and I to be able to get our hair done at the same time. When we arrived she offered us champagne, which was a plus! My stylist Morgan was awesome!! She gave me a relaxing head massage while she washed my hair and styled it beautifully. (I got the Manhattan) I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to get pampered, get your hair done and walk out looking like a million bucks! I went in for a curled style for a photoshoot. Showed 4 pictures to the stylist. Jennifer Lopez did not know how to get curls into a long hair. I got home 20min later and my hair has no curls completely fallen flat. $55 for a complete waste of time and money. Called to complain. Got such a terrible attitude from the manager, told me I'm in the wrong. Refused to refund me. She told me I have to drive back to them when I have a photoshoot in an hour. The place is disgusting dirty. Hair all over the Floor and my seat and station was not sanitized after the guest before me left. The products left a terrible smell in my hair that im stuck with now for the whole day. I have to now do my own hair after I just spent $55. Please don't waste your money to go unless you want to look terrible for your big event or photoshoot. Can't be more disgusted with this place. You can see it's someone who just wants to make a quick buck. Zero pride and zero respect for their clients. read more

I had high hopes for this place. I went here to get a double French braid. My hair is just above my shoulders so not too short but long enough for this style. I had made sure to specify this when I made my appt and I specifically asked if they knew how to do what I was asking for. The receptionist responded of course. Upon starting my service the girl that was working on my hair smelled like cigarette smoke. Now I know when I go to get a beauty service I don't want to bathed in the Oder of cigarettes. This made the start of my service very unpleasant. The girl stared my hair and was able to do one side of a French braid but after three attempts of trying the other side she told me she couldn't do what I asked for and would I want to wait for somebody else. At this point I had already spent 30 minutes having her try to braid my hair. I then decided to just have her blow dry and straighten my hair. I didn't need it washed when I first went in because I had washed it prior to coming to this place. But because she had put so much product in my hair to try and braid it, it needed to be washed. The blow dry itself was nice but unfortunately I did not get what I asked for. Upon checking out they then proceeded to charge me not only for the blowdry but for the wash I only needed because he girl couldn't finish and put too many products in it. If you're running a business in my opinion and would like to keep customers returning you make it worth their wild. I will not return to this place it was a waste of time and money. read more
