What is the point to give instructions over the phone while making the order if they will simply be disregarded? Mr Gejo has made it explicitly clear that I am no longer welcome in that store by using profound language. Mr Gejo actions clearly reflect on the brand integrity of Nando's New Zealand. It is simply disgusting to see that your management staff has absolutely no respect towards their customers.
