This McDonalds has now got "create your taste" so we succumbed. Five of us got the ordinary meals…read moreand one got the special. The special arrived a little after the rest but not too much after. It certainly is a messy burger to eat but you do get a mini towel in a packet. Whilst quite a few seem to go for the experience I am still not convinced. You can always get your fast food and duck over to the park and eat it. With all this extra activity it is also very difficult to get service too. There was a mistake with the over the counter order and the loos needed cleaning and paper but the girls behind the counter stand with their backs to the customers....just not interested

The Chipotle burger is one of the set burgers. Tortilla chips in a burger is actually a pretty good idea. The crunch is very welcome to what might be a mushy affair. The traditional bakery bun is also pretty good. It wasn't as tough as it looked and did bring another dimension to the burger. Macca's efforts to compete in a more gourmet style market are to be commended. It is actually a good idea and the execution is effective. The only negative is the patty, they are still using cardboard-like and dry patties. Other than that, the flavours are what you make of it to be. It's sad, my burger would have been perfect with a nice fresh juicy patty! @thesydneynoob

We all have that favourite kebab shop that we swear has the best kebabs in all of Sydney. Well, I'm…read moresorry, but unless your favourite kebab shop is also Brothers Kebabs on Princes Highway, you are sadly mistaken. Playing homage to their Turkish origin the Brothers boys ensure all their kebabs are of genuine Turkish quality with only the best meats on offer including beef, lamb and chicken to mix and match with the fillings of your own choice - including tabouli, lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato and more - to create the ultimate kebab to suit your tastebuds. Prices are average starting from $8.50 for a kebab and extra for special fillings, which may seem steep but at the end of the day, how can you put a price on absolute satisfaction? And for just an extra $3.50 make sure you order hot chips as a side, their slightly lemony flavoured chicken-salted chips are a definite must. But to make things even better, the kebab shop is open til late for all those party goers looking for a late night feed after a big night out. They say alcohol makes your food taste better, but in this case, trust me, it doesn't need it.

Schnitz - Beef schnitzel and chips

Nestled to the side of the Westfield food court, it offers a variety of different schnitzels at fast food prices. Service is quick and our wait time for two combos was around 5 minutes, speedy when you're cooking to order. We had just arrived at the end of a lunchtime rush. There was no queue to order, but a lot of people waiting to pick up. The lady at the register came across a little lacking in confidence (believe in yourself sister, I have faith in you!). What is refreshing is seeing more than just chicken on the schnitzel menu. You can go with chicken, beef, fish, or vegetarian schnitzel ($7.55 is whats on my receipt). For extra you can go with a side of chips or salad or both. They have a large variety of sauces and their aioli is a sure winner winner, schnitzel dinner. Most of the large pickup crowd had been served quickly. We waited no more than five minutes to receive our meals. They have a small bench area of about 4-5 seats on the side of the kiosk, which most people seemed to have missed. My partner ordered a chicken schnitzel and I, to be different, ordered the beef schnitzel - both with chips. The chicken was slightly overdone and dry. The beef, which I'm sure was a steak which had been butterflied, was chewy in the middle but okay on the sides. The chips dominated the meal. By that I mean they were the shining stars. Cooked a golden brown and fluff inside, a pinch under seasoned, but dipping them in the aioli made the under seasoning irrelevant. If you look at this place as a schnitzel house, it has a lot to be desired. If you keep in mind that this is inline with places like KFC, McDonalds and Oporto; it stands up by itself. I would try the wraps and sandwiches instead of just a schnitzel and chips. But lets face it, when have we defined schnitzel as a fast food.
