Our mistake! Robbie the roofer did not fix the leak in the shed nor would he accept responsibility for not repairing the roof. This company was employed by our property managers at PMI in Tampa. Construction and repair began…read moreon 11/18/2025. The Foreman/Manager rang our door bell to speak with us on the first day. We spoke to this man all of five minutes regarding the repair process and mentioned that We had an idea about placing weather vane attachments for a projected Christmas decoration on the apex. We didn't discuss the mechanics of it but asked if it was something they might do. We were informed that it wasn't part of their job and that any damage from the vanes could invalidate the warranty. We agreed that we understood. This asshole never asked details about the installation or how we were putting the lights up. He reported back to our Property Managers that We were going to damage the roof and consequently they called us with a series of threats about not damaging the roof. I called their Offices and asked in a loud manner under what agreement did they have any right to report on our intentions without really knowing what those intentions were to the Property mangers. My thoughts are if you can go with someone else do it. This was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen in a construction company.
