On Saturdays only Ms. Kim makes Kimbop that is so good we buy enough for lunch and dinner (get there early as she does sell out before 1 pm). If you don't see what you are looking for, ask if she can get it for you. I live close to the MD Oriental Market in Pinellas Park but I drive to Tampa to visit Ms. Kim at least every other month. You do need to be vigilant when it comes to product prices. For example, a vendor was selling grilled wieners on a skewer for $7 each without bun, or typical condiments. I instead opted for a huge Sam's club polish dog in a bun with large 30 oz. drink with napkins and all the condiments I needed, and I topped it off with a rotisserie chicken, all, for a total of $6.81. There are some vendors with already cooked food for sale before opening. Parking gets challenging after opening so I would recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before opening for a better chance for a parking space. Overall, I had a nice time at Saigon Summer Nights this winter with its fun lively atmosphere and tasty food, for the most part. We will be back for sure!

I was not given a receipt, so I had no way to verify the transaction or report the missing item. Two days later, I noticed an unfamiliar $150 charge at a Walmart in Bradenton. I cannot say that this charge is connected to your store, but the timing concerns me. I also remember a previous employee mentioning that they were from Bradenton. I am not making an accusation, but I believe you should be aware of this situation and review your transaction records and security footage. Please make sure customers' purchases and payment information are handled properly. I hope you take this warning seriously and investigate the matter

I was looking for haloumi cheese which you cannot find anywhere in the Tampa area. Not only did they have it in stock it was at a very rational price. I also bought some fresh made hummus. The coolers they have under this covered little market are full of everything from Gator meat to locally sourced fish, like Grouper & Snapper but they also have wild caught salmon & sushi grade ahi tuna etc., They also carry Wagyu burgers & steaks etc., I had the Wagyu burgers they are very good. They also have tons of other beef, pork & chicken. Even chicken feet. I also like their local country sausage OuiOui. The Amish eggs they sell are from an Amish farm, the best ever & the raw cow yogurt is magnificent. The really great thing they do here is the Sourdough bread they are making, it's the best I have found in the area.
