When we walked in, the two staff members were sitting in the dining area to see us arrive and promptly assisted us with our order. First order was a half chicken tikka and half Italian garlic combo. Second order was half tandoori chicken and also half Italian combo. While we waited for our food, we checked out the decor and it's a nice spot with lots of seating and 3 large TVs. Wall of tap beer for you to choose from and I really like the Bollywood movie quotes on the front wall. Saw one of my fav quotes up there too! One of the TVs was playing a movie and the other had on music videos. We heard neither. It was dead silent in there, which was a downer. Was hoping for some lively music. Food was BUSSIN! The tandoori chicken pizza was a 10/10! Masala ranch is hella good. Chicken tikka, which is normally my fav at other Indian pizza spots was maybe a 6/10. I give the Italian garlic combo a solid 5. We just finished a workout and were craving Indian food. We walked in, grabbed menus, and sat ourselves. After a few minutes we were greeted. They told us to order at the counter whenever we were ready. And we're helpful with giving recommendations, knew the menu, great at describing what everything was. Not sure what the orange sauce was called but it was delicious and had a small kick of spice! My friends and I drenched our slices in the sauce. The Mango Lassi, wow. Delicious. I was in the area for meetings and hadn't had lunch yet, so I decided to stop in and check it out. They have a good amount of space and plenty of windows, which gives them a lot of natural lighting. The set up is a bit confusing. they have the register at the front but to the left of it there are beer taps along the wall. I should have asked if they're doing a pour your own beer type of setup or if they're still going through changes as they settle into the space. That being said, they do offer beer here. The staff was friendly and greeted me right away, they asked if I liked spicy and when I said yes they had a couple recommendations for me. The menu is labeled well and even has chili peppers to indicate more and less spicy options. I opted for the Curry Chicken pizza (small $19.25) and the masala potatoes ($7.95) to take home. I took a seat and waited and they offered me water while I waited, which was super nice. I was able to grab some photos and it didn't take too long before my pizza was ready. Right away, it smelled incredible. I admit I didn't wait until I made it home to have a slice. Surprisingly, even with all the toppings, the pizza held up really well in the car and I was able to taste test a slice on the drive while it was still hot. Overall the food was very tasty. The restaurant looked very clean and had a nice layout. It's a good spot for Sac State students to hang out and enjoy pizza and beer. They are open until 4:00 a.m. which is great for late nights. I also like the room and space they have for the inside where you can sit. They also have a tap room with lots of draft beer For choices. I highly recommend coming here for their chicken tikka Pizza which I added jalapeno and pineapple and made it really colorful and tasty. I also like their chicken shawarma pizza with a really nice flavor of the chicken. All the pizza that I had was a little bit spicy which had a kick to it. I also like their sweet chili cauliflower wings it has a nice sweet and tangy flavor and it was fried to perfection. Also their tandoori chicken is not to be missed and it was very flavorful and medium spicy. Delicious Pizza!!! Had no problem with the service at all. The only problem I would address is the homeless situation outside which is always a sketch. So be careful when you are here for a late night snack the homeless sneak in or bother you when you are headed out. This is my go to now for my work potlucks super fast and convenient service and have never had a problem with the order and at times they always call to make sure I entered it correctly incase I remove the sauces.
