Walked in during lunchtime, expected a lunchtime rush but there was only one party of 4 seated. The restaurant is very large, they have a beer on tap for happy hour and all that fun stuff. My friend and I ordered the 12" butter chicken pizza. Give or take 15min the pizza was nice and hot. The butter chicken pizza was good and it did not taste like butter chicken at all, more like tandorri chicken if anything. The pizza was kind of expensive too ~$31 enough for two hungry people.
Bollywood pizza is giving exactly what it needs to give!!! They have mastered the fusion of Indian food meets pizza. I've tried the tikka masala pizza, chicken tandoori pizza, and the chicken tandoori wings. Everything was soooo delicious!! I love the spices and the flavor! The crust is also delicious and I normally do not eat my pizza crust! I also love that they offer buy one get one deals regularly. I'm a major fan and will be ordering again soon!
My friends saw some IG promos of this place and we decided to check it out. Decent location off of Folsom Blvd/65th, tiny parking lot but plenty of street parking. We dined as, as we often do when grabbing pizza for dinner. We arrived at 6pm and were the only ones there. Don't mind, whole place to ourselves. When we walked in, the two staff members were sitting in the dining area to see us arrive and promptly assisted us with our order. First order was a half chicken tikka and half Italian garlic combo. Second order was half tandoori chicken and also half Italian combo. While we waited for our food, we checked out the decor and it's a nice spot with lots of seating and 3 large TVs. Wall of tap beer for you to choose from and I really like the Bollywood movie quotes on the front wall. Saw one of my fav quotes up there too! One of the TVs was playing a movie and the other had on music videos. We heard neither. It was dead silent in there, which was a downer. Was hoping for some lively music. Food was BUSSIN! The tandoori chicken pizza was a 10/10! Masala ranch is hella good. Chicken tikka, which is normally my fav at other Indian pizza spots was maybe a 6/10. I give the Italian garlic combo a solid 5. We will definitely be back. But maybe next time we will come later at night. This place had a sign out front that they are open from 10AM - 6AM!! Wild. I can definitely see this place being popular with the late night college crowd.
We ordered a large from Bollywood Pizza off of Uber Eats and picked it up. We had no trouble with the pickup. The cashier was nice. The pizza was really good! I wish we had diversified our order a bit because the curry and Shahi paneer were pretty similar taste wise. But we enjoyed the shahi paneer more! The sauce was just more flavorful. The pizzas are pretty expensive, but overall we had a great experience.

The night we went, there were no other people inside. So it was very quiet. The pizza was delicious! The cheese was very soft and stretchy. Ingredients were good. We asked for a pitcher of water, but they only have tap water. The pitchers were for the different beer spouts on the wall. Worker was attentive and friendly.
Must try. I've been wanting to try this Indian style pizza place since they opened. And so glad that I did. The tandoori wings were delicious. The flavor is on point. The wing themselves weren't small either. These were good size.So good. I would order these again. We ordered the Curry pizza. Oh man. Great flavor. A little spicy but not out of control. Just right to capture the Curry flavor. And on a pizza. Just delicious. We ordered the pizza original style for the crust. I would say. If this is your first time here. Try the curry pizza. We ordered our food for delivery. But I did notice they have specials at the restaurant. We'll definitely be checking out the place in person next time.
We just finished a workout and were craving Indian food. We walked in, grabbed menus, and sat ourselves. After a few minutes we were greeted. They told us to order at the counter whenever we were ready. And we're helpful with giving recommendations, knew the menu, great at describing what everything was. A few more minutes passed and another server came by to check up on us and told us about their Mango Lassi! Once we ordered, it took about 5 mins for the Garlic Cheese-sticks and 10 mins for the pizza to be ready. Both items were piping hot and fresh, the cheese pull was insane. The aromatic flavors of the pizza filled the air! The crust on the pizza was perfect, every bite, a crunch, while the toppings were soft and rich with flavor. The paneer pieces were crunchy on the outside and had a burst of flavor once bitten into. They also gave us a bottle of ranch and another orange sauce to pair with our items. Not sure what the orange sauce was called but it was delicious and had a small kick of spice! My friends and I drenched our slices in the sauce. The Mango Lassi, wow. Delicious. Perfect sweet treat after all the savory stuff. It's like a smoothie almost- rich in flavor of Mango, but more creamy. A must try! All in all, the ambience is perfect for a dinner with the boys. There's beer, a TV, great food, incredibly fast service, and the most kindest and observant servers. Great fusion of the spices and flavors of Indian food into pizza! Reasonably priced for the quality of the food and hospitality. Definitely will return to try other items.
My husband and I have tried this place twice and we are obsessed. The pizza is super flavorful and fresh and the cilantro garnish adds an extra freshness which is a very nice addition. Complimentary ranch and spicy ranch added an extra kick which was also nice. The inside is super spacious and there's a whole wall of beer taps and plenty of seating. The gentleman who handed us our order was a man of few words but nice nonetheless. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something unique and new!

There's so much more flavor that gets incorporated so I find myself never getting bored of having curry or tandoori chicken as a topping. Chicken curry: B Tandoori chicken: A- Pizza overall is quite good, I just find the crust to be denser and thicker than I prefer.
We ordered chicken butter pizza and fries. They were very yummy. We never had this style of pizza before. The place was clean and well decorated. The service was also fast.
I was in the area for meetings and hadn't had lunch yet, so I decided to stop in and check it out. They have a good amount of space and plenty of windows, which gives them a lot of natural lighting. The set up is a bit confusing. they have the register at the front but to the left of it there are beer taps along the wall. I should have asked if they're doing a pour your own beer type of setup or if they're still going through changes as they settle into the space. That being said, they do offer beer here. The staff was friendly and greeted me right away, they asked if I liked spicy and when I said yes they had a couple recommendations for me. The menu is labeled well and even has chili peppers to indicate more and less spicy options. I opted for the Curry Chicken pizza (small $19.25) and the masala potatoes ($7.95) to take home. I took a seat and waited and they offered me water while I waited, which was super nice. I was able to grab some photos and it didn't take too long before my pizza was ready. Right away, it smelled incredible. I admit I didn't wait until I made it home to have a slice. Surprisingly, even with all the toppings, the pizza held up really well in the car and I was able to taste test a slice on the drive while it was still hot. They also packed some ranch and sauces which went really well with both the masala potatoes and the pizza. I'll definitely be back again.
I ordered a pizza here super late. Apparently, my first driver stole the pizza so Bollywood kindly remade it and it was worth the wait because it was delicious!!! I didn't get any traditional Indian flavors, just some veggies and potato slices and it was SO good. The crispy crust kind of reminded me of Round Table Pizza (which to me is a great thing).

First time trying food from here. Very quick withy making pizzas, only issue is I'm good with spice and got damn it was spicy. I got the curry chicken and butter chicken pizza and wow the spice was high. I'm typically great with spices but darn this made me sweat!! read more
I love the pizza. Super high quality. Vegan options. The crust is incredible. The flavors are out of this world. I have since ordered again and I tried the vegan curry chicken which is now officially my favorite. The vegan chicken Tikka is good as well but the white sauce feels a little more rich than the curry chicken which is why I like the curry one the most. Way better than pizza twist I wish there was a Bollywood pizza in every town. 11/10 read more

They are open until 4:00 a.m. which is great for late nights. I also like the room and space they have for the inside where you can sit. They also have a tap room with lots of draft beer For choices. I highly recommend coming here for their chicken tikka Pizza which I added jalapeno and pineapple and made it really colorful and tasty. I also like their chicken shawarma pizza with a really nice flavor of the chicken. All the pizza that I had was a little bit spicy which had a kick to it. I also like their sweet chili cauliflower wings it has a nice sweet and tangy flavor and it was fried to perfection. Also their tandoori chicken is not to be missed and it was very flavorful and medium spicy. I really like everything that I tried here they were quick with serving the food and I do like how they make their house-made sauce for their Pizza. I also like the crust it is very airy and soft. Had to check out this place since it's only a few minutes from where I live. I've had Indian pizzas before and placed a takeout order for the UFC fight. They had a BOGO deal for Curry Chicken so I definitely took advantage of that and ordered an XL. Also tried their butter chicken pizza, tandoori cheese sticks, and their BBQ chicken wings. Overall the food was very tasty. The restaurant looked very clean and had a nice layout. It's a good spot for Sac State students to hang out and enjoy pizza and beer. When I set my scheduled pick up time and arrived, the order still took 10 more minutes to be ready, even though they were no customers. Still, a place worth checking out if you're in the mood for fusion pizzas. read more

Honestly didn't know what to expect trying this place but we LOVED it. We had the Taj Mahal beer, tandoori wings, desi sticks, butter chicken pizza, and the mango lassi. The wings were the perfect amount of spice. The desi sticks were so cheesy and even better with the spicy ranch. The butter chicken was so flavorful! I will say I wish the chicken was spicier but we loved it with the spicy ranch. The service was great! We for our food super fast. read more
We ordered delivery from Bollywood, and we decided to try two of their Indian style pizzas. Parking near the actual location is a bit tricky, so we will probably stick to delivery or take out. The flavors of both pizzas were really good and made for a couple of nice pizzas. The mango lassi was nice, too. It was a unique and enjoyable experience. This place was pretty good. They threw in a couple generic complementary ranches upon request and the staff was nice but it seemed like some of them didn't speak great English. The mango lassi drink was smoothie-like texture and tasted good but seemed to be a tiny cup for a premade $5 drink. The crust was a good thickness and I was grateful that they could split a 14" pizza half bbq half curry chicken! read more
