We have been vacationing in Spain for over 2 weeks now, enjoying the country, people and the local food. Today we were in San Sebastian and craving Indian food and stumbled upon this restaurant. We ordered veg pokoras, palak paneer, bollywood biryani and tandoori roti. The food was served piping hot which is always a good sign, and the flavors and taste was amazing. The owner Ali and his nephew Zain run this restaurant and their service was impeccable. They were very friendly and also suggested some other restaurants we could try in Madrid which was our next stop. Would definitely recommend this restaurant read more

The service was good and prices were reasonable, however the food was very bland and not the norm for Indian restaurants, when I questioned the server he said Spanish clients do not eat spicy which by itself if fine, however the waiter should have informed us when taking the orders for 3 separate dishes as the level spicy we would have liked. The quality of food was good, just ruined do to lack of spice. read more

The food was very good. I'm giving three stars because of the limited vegetarian options. The somosa was very good along with the dal. The food quality and taste is above average for Indian restaurants in the US. However, it was the limited vegetarian options that I knocked a star for. read more

Amazing and authentic Indian food! If you need a break from the pintxos or are craving Indian food, come here!! We had butter chicken (spicy) and baigan bharta with chapati and it was great! I highly recommend this place. read more

Avoid sitting inside because there is a strong bathroom sanitizer smell. We opted to to get menu del día (for 14 euro, although it looked delicious) and instead ordered the Tai Mahal Salad (very good), meat samosas (very good especially with the tzatziki sauce), butter chicken (not as buttery as I've had it in my native Los Angeles), lamb karma (really sweet, and not exactly my liking), rice (plates don't came with rice), and cheese nan (delicious, best I've ever had). The don't have glass of water, so be expected to pay for a bottle of mineral water for 2 euro. Overall food was good, but not as tasty and I've had it in other places. Definitely food is not spicy and the sauces are more creamy and not very spice-tasting.
