The Tim Hortons in there is always at least a 15 minute wait for anything even 1 breakfast sandwich while being the first and only person in line. On top of that, they sell expired snacks and apparently don't check any of them for years. Go to the cigar/convenience shop across the street for anything you'd probably buy here or the Gfull across the street for full service gas. Both shops have better stuff and are a lot nicer to their customers. Mr. Bolla would be pissed if he saw how this place was run with his own eyes. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE! They never smile, never EVER say thank you. One guy ( usually there at nights and normally always Saturday nights, looks at you as much as you just committed a sex offense. He always has a look on his face like he's pissed off at the world... Not sure if he's able to speak, as I've never heard a word come out of his mouth.. I have seen better personalities on corpses lying in the coffin at their funeral. read more

Gas is gas; reasonable prices. Reason for the 2 stars?? Bad customer service. The employees are always so extremely rude and snotty. Dudes, I get it, you hate your job. That's not really the paying customer's problem, is it?! I have my own problems. I don't want to deal with yours. Another major gripe:. You can never get a receipt at the pump. You always have to go inside and deal with the snotty employees to get a receipt. Don't even dare ask them why you can't just get a receipt at the pump...they will mumble something at you and give you the death glare!!! Roflmaoooo....Dude, get another job if you're THAT miserable. Supposedly they are open till 11 PM but at 10:30pm the guy inside saw me walking to the door and he ran to lock the door and then run to the back to turn off all the lights. They're the new guys in town and they have definitely come out fighting with the best prices and none of this "it's extra for a credit card" stuff. They have plenty of pumps and because of their location on Jericho Turnpike they have strict entry and exit points.. They also have a full deli and market which makes this a one stop shop. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the owners of Bolla and their willingness to work with the local residents to keep reasonable open hours as not to disrupt the local residential population... KUDOS to you Bolla for being a good neighbor. read more

Went in to grab quick sandwich, as I have always done for 4 years now. Noticed a hair in the sandwich i was about to purchase and told the gentleman working there so that he could take care of it. I purchased a separate sandwich. He didnt even wait till i got back in my car when I looked and saw him put it RIGHT back in the display case. I've had their breakfast sandwiches when I had a coupon and was satisfied with the overall quality and price. However, I would not pay the regular price on anything in this store. My wife, not knowing any better, purchased a few dinners at this location a few days ago. Just yesterday, I asked here how she liked it. She told me that the macaroni and meatballs was tasteless PLUS she found ( by actually biting on it ) a piece of plastic that blended in with the color of the pasta. She spit it out and threw out the entire dinner. She also had purchased a chicken marsala dinner which she said had no marsala taste to it though the chicken itself was okay. Also purchased at this time was a sausage and pepper with rice dinner ( which I just ate some and after adding a few of my own ingredients, found it to be acceptable ). Regarding the piece of plastic she bit down on; I wish she had saved it but my wife is not one to make a fuss about anything. She just won't buy anything from the place anymore. Myself, on the other hand, am anti-hesitant about expressing my satisfaction or dis-satisfaction of any particular 'item' especially when it comes to food. About 10 years ago my wife had a similar incident with a soda which spiraled her into a year or more of psychological hell. She could not swallow much food or drink and went from 130 pounds to 96 pounds within this time frame. She managed to survive by drinking Boost and Ensure drinks. That's about all she could get down. After multiple alternate healing modalities we finally found a hypnotist that managed to get her ( slowly )swallowing food/drink again. This plus prayer, eventually got her back to near normal again. This was the short version of the story. So when she told me what she bit on in the dinner, you can imagine what my 1st thought was. I asked if she saved it and she told me, "No, I just threw it all out." So I figured I'd just come in Yelp and review her experience here. I know accidents happen but when dealing with food, these types of "Accidents" are unacceptable as is any incident that can put someone's mental/physical health in jeopardy. Thank God she didn't relapse into that state she was in years ago. And Bolla Market should also be thanking God. I could NOT, in good conscious, recommend this market for their tasteless takeout especially with added 'ingredients' such as plastic. read more

I've only come here for gas because well... it's a gas station. I do get flyers for their deals and the prices seem very affordable for their food items. The gas prices are very good, I've noticed a good 5-10 cent difference between this gas station and others within a 1 mine radius plus it's close enough to home. Only complains it sometimes it's closed when I come in evenings and other times it's open so I'm not sure how their hours work read more

It's a big gas station. My brother likes the self made smoothies inside. I agree with some other reviews that they are pricey here. I am not sure about the other reviews, I assume that the management has changed since some of these reviews. The staff here were pretty friendly, but let's be honest we come here for the gas! I've always found this place to be relatively cheaper then many of the gas stations nearby, especially for Exxon. Since I live and work close to this gas station, this is my default gas station. the bathroom is clean and gas station itself is an exquisite shape. However I have not tried the food, and let's be honest I'm only here for the gas. If I wanted a breakfast sandwich, I would probably go somewhere else. On top of that, if you pay with credit card you can just get gas and go without interacting with any of the staff here. The bull market itself has a wide variety of drinks and packaged food. One downside about this place is that it does not have a vacuum machine or a tire inflator. So be warned! read more

Gas prices is always lower than other gas stations, but staff has the worst customer services ever. Swiped my plenti loyalty card in the pump and the pump was not taking my card. I asked the staff that happen to be near the pump, all he kept saying is asking inside. So I did and the guy in the register just looked at me as if I have two heads. A gas station is a gas station, but this one happens to have great prices, is very clean, and has a lot of pumps so you don't have to wait. The driveways are tricky but really no big deal in the long run. read more
