We had a baby on the way and were trying to get the house ready to move into before the baby arrived in just a few weeks. I had been through 2 other contractors who were trying to install our flooring and ended up making a mess of things. Joeys team came to save the day. They did a beautiful install and were extremely efficient in getting it done right when we needed them too. I was very particular in how I wanted the floor installed and they went above in beyond in every way. I was in constant communication with Joey DAY AND NIGHT and he reassured me of any concerns I had. I will recommend all flooring to everyone I know. I give them an A+ 10/10 review they are amazing!

In just a couple of months the carpet showed severe defects, so we asked for it to be replaced under warranty. Ozark Carpet does not have any installers of their own, so they hired Precision Flooring to do the replacement. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond what we would have expected for a 3rd party hired to do this job. They actually did a better job than the original installer of the carpet. We would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Thanks guys! Awesome job!
