Ozark Carpet does not have any installers of their own, so they hired Precision Flooring to do the replacement. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were very polite and professional. I needed new carpet in the master bedroom so I revisited Rob and Scott at floors plus and they assured me the floor must have had a defect with the wear layers. They sent several people out to see the floor and contacted Shaw letting them know about the defect. This was during Covid and I know there was a lot of shortages with workers. With Rob's insistence, Shaw came through and Rob had my floor replaced. I don't believe any other company would have gone through great lengths to make sure this was fixed and floor replaced.
