A lovely gem in "downtown" Bolinas, this museum consists of five small galleries of sculpture,…read morelandscape paintings, photography, contemporary art, regional artists and local history. There's also a courtyard in the center with benches, flowers and songbirds, all of which make for a relaxing spot to sit for a few minutes. It's not a big museum, but the exhibits are top notch. Plus, in a region with a skyrocketing cost of living, it's nice that the museum is free.

If you like his work, there are books, prints, cards and t-shirts for sale, but my favorite part of the gallery is the telescope and monitor for watching the many birds in the courtyard outside. Keith is quick to explain whatever it is you're seeing, or to spot some other interesting wildlife out there for you.

And globes are even MORE fun. So my imagination was awed and inspired by the works that Wendy has created and has on display in her space. I didn't have a lot of time to explore everything on offer there, but I did make sure to buy one of the "studies" that she did. And I'll definitely be back to look into having a pin-map made for one of my friends who often travels on business. 5/5 stars!

This gallery sells original, one of a kind jewelry, handwoven goods and fine arts. I have bought…read morejewelry, stationary and artworks here. The quality of the handwoven fabrics is beautiful. I have a family member who occasionally displays artwork at this gallery, so I am well acquainted with their consistent high quality. I visit a few times a year and find unique pieces here. Certainly worth stopping in. I wish they sold online, but I've not found a site for online sales. Also, the offerings are reasonably priced.
