When I…read moreleft my car for inspection, I asked him to better secure some parts that I had repaired with zip ties after hitting a curb. He didn't charge me anything; he just examined the parts and declared nothing was going anywhere. Nothing has gone anywhere. "I was trying to be a nice guy and I shouldn't have," he said when I called him out on the shoddy repair and inspection. A nice guy doesn't charge me $370 to fix a part of my exhaust while breaking a different weld joint in a different area. He was also told to fix my rear drum brakes, which did not get done. Upon calling him out via a phone call he asked me to bring it in again. I explained that it is an inconvenience of finding another ride to work and such. He offered to "have one of his guys ride me to work." No thanks. I got a partial refund without much effort besides his getting mad on the phone. Why give me money back? Because he did a bad job with low attention to detail and now he regrets being lazy. Take your car anywhere else. Read reviews for local. I have an Audi TT 2014 with 75K miles on it. The car started misfiring and was undriveable. I had…read moreit towed to Audi in Sewickley and they, after two weeks, diagnosed it as a misfire on cylinder 1. Further evaluation and cost revealed it to be a broken valve spring. They replaced the valve spring and the misfire disappeared. After about 25 miles, the check engine light is on again. Rather than trusting Audi to make it right, I took it to Felouzi's Auto repair. I had seen some good reviews about this place and it was super convenient for me. He took it in and analyzed the issue and found it to be an air in-leakage issue. He thoroughly explained the issue and it turned out to be a hole that looked to be melted into the air intake manifold. Something that was not there before I took it to Audi. Rather than mess around with Audi again, I just had him replace the manifold and now the car runs fine with no lights of any kind. Mike Felouzi is a great guy and charges reasonable rates for his great service. I highly recommend him for all you auto needs. He is great with foreign cars.
